I'd have to check but I'm pretty sure today is day 18. Still not seeing strength gains and I was pretty lethargic but that has cleared up quite a bit. I feel the midget porn has at least promoted some sick gains in my forearms.

Sorry guys just got back from Columbus. Took some time away for my wives birthday. Its nice to turn the phone off and unplug for a day. Back in the gym in the morning.

Shoulder held up amazingly well today! I hope that once this cycle ends the pain doesn't come back. Very impressed with the workout today, finally getting back to some heavier weight without being in agony. Not a lot of sets or reps but I'm making a comeback and that alone has me pumped up! I get to go gym shopping next weekend and hopefully that means I will find something local that has everything I need.

Surprised flat bench doesn't aggravate the shoulder big man. I don't have an issue with mine and I can't even do flat without some pain. That to me looks like the healing process is doing well.

It is still very awkward and stiff to do but doing it very slowly with about two minutes between sets seems to do the trick. The sets with more reps are what kills it.
