epistane lacking/not working

Please forgive me for making another epistane noob thread. 8 days ago i took my first dose of epistane, (30mg). The next day i bumped up to 45mg due to my total lack of sides. The next day i started to have a hard constantly pumped feeling in all of my muscles and some added strength. today, my pump has seemingly diminished still there but not as full as well as my strength is down again.

My starting weight was 191.7. Around day 5 my weight had gone up to 194.2. unfortunately it has too decreased to 192.6. I have been dosing every 7-8 hours while awake. my last dose being right before i go to sleep. I have upped my calorie intake drastically trying to gain as much mass as possible. 4000 to 4400 cals daily 20% fat 40% carb 40% protein. routine consisting of chest tris, back bis, shoulders legs.

What do you guys think? What am i doing wrong? any advice would be awesome

Thanks

Eat more, or youre simply just recomping.
Epi is a pretty weak compound, I wouldnt be afraid to bump it even higher to 60, 70+
I personally wouldnt even run it at anything lower than 60 or 70

You're on day 8 bro. Stop weighing yourself every 5 minutes, scrutinizing every little water fluctuation. What concerns me here is your taking something and expecting sides and results in the first week. Anyone who has read 1 paragraph about epistane knows what to expect with it and when it kicks in. Stop messing with your dose. Run it at 45 for 4-5 weeks. Shoot for 2-3 pounds a week. Eat, rest, lift hard and don't expect miracles.

Agreed. I noticed some weight gain the first 2 weeks but the real effects of strength and results did not come strong till 3 weeks in.

Epi works like that in my case. Quick weight gain, then a decrease in weight, and from there I go uuuup uuup, and I dose it at 40mg ED.

I would not go as far as 60 or 70 like someone mentioned. Epi is quite harsh on the liver, it is not mild at all.

Agreed 100%

I agree with this guy's logic

IME experience with anabolics, there's a "general guideline" which you should just base your cycles off of. Subjective to change

Also agreed. I have no problem running SD @ 40mg a day. Not one... Some say the sweet spot is 30, some can't handle sides at 20. A good reference is good to have as a guideline but I don't feel a cycle is wasted ran conservatively with low sides and less stress on the body. Its just a launching pad for a stronger, harsher next cycle. Or, even better, one with a Test base.

Almost nothing shows results at 8 days. lol except placebo. 45mgs is plenty. Stick with that for 6 weeks and you should see great results.

On epi I don't notice anything till week 3 with most noticeable gains in strength/visual recomp weeks 5 and 6.

that caused the initial weight gain, not the epi. it should start kickin in anytime now though. like everybody else said, just keep eatin right, take 45mg/ed for 6 weeks, and you should be happy in the end. i gain 20lbs on epi every time i run it. this last time i kept ten of them after pct.

Nothing compares to that initial weight gain from glycogen etc that loads up after you come straight from a maintenance or caloric deficit right into 4-5K cals lol :D
