epistane...help

I am 21 years old, been working out for about 3 years, 2 years serious working out...with eating good and stuff...I am currently cutting down to 160lb or whenever I reach a 6pack...Currently I am at 185lb. I was thinking of taking Epistane, I heard great things about it and wanted to get some opinions on it. Also I was recommended to run Nolvadex after the cycle....

My questions:
1. Is Epistane the best for a first time pro hormone cycle?
2. Where can I get epistane and nolva?
3. Can I run it while on a cut?

Or should I look into another pro hormone before epistane?
 
don't blow your first cycle on a cut, and 160 pounds, I am assuming you are short. Anyway the Epi isn't going to make you ripped or anything, if you lose some water weight and look ripped, that's temporary... it'll just preserve muscle while you cut but you still need to do the cutting with lots of cardio and a very clean diet.

IM 6"0...I just want to get a 6 pack...and basically be ripped...I have made great gains in the past 3 years...maybe like 15lb-18lb of muscle.... I want to get cut up for the summer...after the summer im going to do my first durabolin cycle ... So epistane will not help me make gains, muscle gains?

if ur 6' and 185 and cutting down to a 6 pack then you certainly don't need any steroids yet, and you shouldn't even be cutting, you should be bulking, got a ton of room ahead of you. Getting down to 160 will result in muscle loss and will impede your overall progress, and at 160 you won't be ripped, you'll just be skinny... You don't need steroids if you just want to be skinny.
 
I agree 100% with unreal says. I'm currently bulking myself to 225-230 to cut about 10-15 pounds off. "cutting" to 160 pounds is way too low and you WILL loose muscle along with the fat.

1) It is a mild one, but as unreal said no "best"
2) Cannot post sources
3) I have heard of people using it for cutting, I will when I decide to finally cut

He could cut using a keto diet and it wouldn't take very long. It's pretty hard to lose muscle with that diet

I know what ur saying but at the moment I am tired of all the body fat I have on me and it makes me feel like crap. Last time I cut down to 160lb I was able to pretty much burn off all the fat, but arms wise I stayed the same and everything else as well since I measured myself before and after...I dropped from a size 36 to 32...I was very close to having a 6 pack but I decided to bulk up again....

I want to get to 160 and then eat clean, since last time I went from 160 to 195 I pretty much ate anything...lots of protein, carbs, fat... Ended up being a whale... I also read several articles saying bulking is pretty much pointless since while u work out naturally all the excess calories eat will convert to fat..and that depending on ur body weight u need a certain amount of protein, carbs and fat and that u can still grow without stuffing urself down with 3000 extra calories...

Once I start my first cycle of durabolin this summer im going to eat clean, to gain mass but less fatness...

Also last time I was 160lb, I was not skinny ....just sayin ...I looked pretty ripped...

I really dont think you need to focus on dropping down to a certain weight... If you want to look leaner and more rcut up, just focus on lowering your overall body fat percentage. All you have to do is add in some cardio and fine tune your diet. I've also noticed taking shorter rest periods between sets sheds fat like crazy although it does hinder your strength gains.

Doing this will allow to keep a lot of muscle and get that lean look. As my boy The Situation says, "Lean is in, Big is out."
