Epistane / Havoc baned?!

Hi,

i've been searching around looking for an answer, but I only find old threats...
Is Havoc baned? At the moment I'm living in Germany, where Havoc is legal. The problem is that I'm traveling to Puerto Rico to visit my parents and I'm not sure about the product status in the US.
