epistane cycle

now i know most of you will think i am too young to be using a substance like epi, but iv really done my research, as i have been lookng round all over the net over the past half a year or maybe a bit more. i am 6'1, about 230 lbs, bones are officially done growing, and i am about 15-17% bf. my bench is 355, squat 505, hang clean 275, and deadlift 455.

i play arena football, so im going up against some pretty sizeable guys, and i know alot of them juice, and i want that next step to my routine to help recomp my body, along with gaining lean muscle mass and strength gains. i fell i have the foundation, experience, and researched knowledge to go ahead and run my cycle. my mind is made, and im sorry i dont mean to sound stubborn or ignorant, its just that im pretty sure im on the right track here to do a pulse cycle of epistane. if people could just let me know if my outline will be good enough to run this cycle in the safest of ways, id REALLY aprreciate it.

Pulse Cycle
-pulse cycle of epistane probly going 10/20/30/30
-also running with A.I. cycle support
-fish oil caps
-multi and high protein diet of course

PCT
-teremifene citrate 120/90/60/30
-cycle support
-alpha drive xl

-maybe 6-oxo? suggestions?
-maybe x-lean as well for cortisol blocking, somewhat unsure on this one as well

i will lift mon/wed/fri, dosing each of those days, and ill probly do some cardio on tues/thurs.

diet is clean for the most part, getting in around 300 grams of protein a day, and eating carbs as i need them via workouts. im looking to stay around the same weight, maybe even gain a few lbs, but i def want to recomp my bodyfat a bit and increase my stregth moderately. any suggestions to make sure i run this cycle as smooth and safely as possibly will be greatly appreciate. thanks!!!
 
How do you know for a fact your bones are done growing? You don't.

Neither does your Doctor. He may estimate or say your bones may be done, but you don't ever really know. I was 5'7 when I was 19... Now I'm 24 and i'm 5'10... And when I asked my Doc. if he thought I'd ever get taller at 19, he said "No, probably not. You're about done growing." Not sure if 3 inches is "about done growing"... but whatever..

It's planned out rather well. I don't think you're stupid, you know what you want and I'm sure you understand the cost/benefit balance going on here.

I wouldn't bother with 6-OXO, in fact I wouldn't even dose Toremifene that high. Shutdown on a 4 week, low dose Epi cycle should be relatively low. I did twice the duration with almost twice the dosage and had negligible shutdown, but I do not want you to base anything on my experience of course.
But generally speaking, a pulse minimizes shutdown, Epi isn't associated with great shutdown in the first place, and 4 weeks of pulsing at those doses is pretty mild, IMO.
I would still use Tor, but probably ~75% dose, or cut off a week early. You should be in touch with your body to understand what you need though. I've always planned out 4 weeks of nolva, but to be clear, that is a PCT protocol that could follow an 8-10 week steroid cycle that's pretty heavy -- so after my 3-4 weekers or pulses, I've found the full blown PCT to be very excessive, and I can't say the PCT chems are exactly healthy.

I would not be so hard on him bros, he is obviously at a much higher strength level than a lot of the guys here cycling, and as for age it's his decision, it has been made, and he will benefit more from advice than from insults. But it is true that you should be 21 to post here.

I really don't have any suggestions, the outlined cycle is fine.

We can't rate individual posts on rather or not they have acquired the discipline and knowledge well beyond their years. Therefore no underage discussions are the rules and you must abide by them.
