could someone please email on how to take the Epistan supplement. I just ordered it and was reading reviews and they were talking about cycles ( explain how long) and also what type of diet to get ripped.

Plain and simple I'd suggest DON'T TAKE IT. If you're thinking it's a supplement and "diet to get ripped" you have a whoooole lot of reading to do before even popping one of those bad boys in your system and screwing you up.

Long story short: Epistane is actually a pre-hormone, converting into a steroid. It causes supression (your body will stop producing the hormone naturally). It is liver toxic. It requires PCT.

Don't do it if you have no clue on PCT or know about the compound.
 
go to the steroids section and do a search in the prohormones sub-section.... do a bit of research or someone will flame you for being lazy bro

...never heard of this 'epistan' product. Must be a clone of something.

Someone started a thread regarding why PH/DSes were getting a bad rap. Hmmm......perplexing. I have no clue why!
 
Isn't epistan some type of a low carb diet...this definitly needs to go to the PH/DS forum...low carb bastards :)
 
LOL... strong start... but seriously bud do your own research first and then if you have specific questions we'll help you out, but don't come over here asking to be spoon fed w/o making an effort first!

BTW, epistane is a steriod.... this shows you still got lots to learn before you're ready for it!
 
Not trying to be smart here, but if you don't know what it is and not know how to cycle it, then I wouldn't advise you to take it. Plenty of logs about it's use and what PCT to use with it on this board and others.
 
This is the problem with online supplement stores. A lot of average joes go to see what they can take to help them out, and they see a product like Epistane having no idea what it is. This is not entirely the consumers fault, but a big part of the advertisers wrong doing. This guy may think Epistane is just another run of the mill supplement. I'm not giving consumers a pass or anything. They definetely need to research anything and everything they are considering buying to avoid a situation like this.

Exactly. There is another thread going on right now where this person is taking Havoc and he says it is not a prohormone/steroid. I guess his PCT would be dat der Cell Tech.

Actually its not a prohormone, its already an active steroid.
 
i dont think its the supplement site/store responsibility to educate consumers how to use this product, if anything is up tot he manufacture to clearly describe what the product is or does, these sites are the middle man between manufactures and consumers thats all, the end user should do their own due diligence and educate them selfs before buying or using any supplement. I remember doing a lot of research on beer and liquor when i first started drinking, this is no different!

Epistane is a fully ACTIVE steroid- it is a steroid it does NOT have to convert to anything before it becomes anabolic

And I agree with this dude- before you take ANYTHING hormonal even if it is otc read on it- because if you arent prepared- you will f' ur self up
 
yea this ****'s dangerous and some dont even know it. iv seen advertisements on facebook. epistane advertisements on fujcking facebook!!
