Epidrol Cycle

What up guys. Today starts week 3 of my epidrol cycle. This is what I have experienced to far:

Week 1: Ran it at 20mg. Didn't really feel different just a lot of motivation to hit the gym hard and waiting for the epi to start kicking in.

Side Effects: On my last two day of week 1, i was feeling nauseas and had an upset stomach. Still managed to to go the gym but with loew intensity. I still don't know if this was the epi or something i ate or a bug that has been going around. Also experience my first back spasms on the last day, it wasn't bad at all just a little annoying lol.

Week 2: Ran it at 30mg. Half way through week 2 I noticed my body recovering faster day to day. Strenght has gone up and motivation is still high.

Side Effects: The back spasms come and go but again nothing i can't deal with. Haven't experienced any acne yet and "the boys" are still hanging :squareeyed:

OK now i had a question on increasing the dosage to 40mg for week 3. When would be best to take that serving? Morning, afternoon or evening time? Also how does one know when he or she has hit their "sweet spot" ?

40, 40 40!

you won't know the sweet spot until you try it, lol...

if it is too much, you'll get some backpumps and lethargy, so you'll either deal with it or back off the dose. For most people though 40mg is where its at.
 
Maybe like 2 i the morning and one an hour or so before workout. Or dose then equally throughout the day for more stable hormones.
 
This is what I'm doing now. 1 at 6am, 1 at 12pm (1 hour before workout), and my last serving at 6pm. Maybe add the extra serving at 6pm?
 
i just did 20 and 20 split doses. I dont think it matters doing 10 x 4 vs 20 x 2
