Figured Ive hidden away from my logging for long enough as things are starting to slow down for me and Im happy once again. I got to test out our newest -(-)Epi product EP1C UNLEASED and I loved it!!! Seriously altered my diet down to 3400 cals and dropped weight rather quickly and kept my strength up pretty damn well. Went ahead and bought myself more when it hit stores and thus the log begins with the addition of a Fat burner. Looking into using Burn24 for a bit and another down the road. Floating around 225-230 and loving it as I started over 240lbs. Straight up killing it this year and loving every minute of it!
 
Nutrition and Training will go here

Training Wise

4 days on 1 off

Legs, Chest, Back, Shoulders. Abs and cardio will be done every other day. Primary and Secondary Lifts with 3 assistance movements will be the minimum performed. Time will tell If im able to add more throughout.
 
Goals and Presumptions will fill here along with current starting values soon. A little tired and hitting the hay soon lol

Goals for this run:

1. Drop Bf close to or below 10%
2. Maintain strength levels and see increases in endurance
3. Sleep better and take more control over daily routine

Presumptions:

1. Burn24 will help control excess fats taken in with my high protein diets. Alphamine will aid my energy levels at work and also help control appetite urges. CONQU3R DGE, OG CONQU3R, and the Stim-free CONQU3R DGE will help me power through even the toughest of sessions.

2. Endurance improvements will include rep testing, biking, sprint intervals and overall capacity of all.

3. I think after my last recomp appearance I will see some killer definition shine through. Im digging the builds on these Supps and believe used together will boost my potential sky high.

Seated Military Press: 255

Front Squat: 315x3 (done more but recent without pain)

Looking to see some major improvements in my rep ranges to say the least and sitting at 228 today. Hoping to put in the work and get things done!

5 mins on elliptical to finish the day

Is it possible to add other prohormone powder to this ?

It is possible for some users indeed but I def. would recommend running it solo first to asses your workload increases

Very impressive incline bench man. It makes my shoulders hurt just watching the video! :dunno:

Thanks man, oddly enough Incline is the most comfortable of all my pressing movements and I train it the least
 
Got some updates on the way getting a lot of work done before my vacation and getting the house in order...oh how I hate the real world
