Goals for this run:
1. Drop Bf close to or below 10%
2. Maintain strength levels and see increases in endurance
3. Sleep better and take more control over daily routine
Presumptions:
1. Burn24 will help control excess fats taken in with my high protein diets. Alphamine will aid my energy levels at work and also help control appetite urges. CONQU3R DGE, OG CONQU3R, and the Stim-free CONQU3R DGE will help me power through even the toughest of sessions.
2. Endurance improvements will include rep testing, biking, sprint intervals and overall capacity of all.
3. I think after my last recomp appearance I will see some killer definition shine through. Im digging the builds on these Supps and believe used together will boost my potential sky high.

Front Squat: 315x3 (done more but recent without pain)

Looking to see some major improvements in my rep ranges to say the least and sitting at 228 today. Hoping to put in the work and get things done!
