Felt pretty damn positive all day, slammed a little half scoop of PWO w/ 2 caps EpiAndro at approx. 115pm
got to the gym at about 2 and was already pumped and on full maniac status by 220!
Defiitley noticing some aggression, in the beginning it seemed like more energy then anything which I thought quite possibly a placebo effect
and since the first time I reported the aggressive feelings I have maintained that with a little kick of energy as well.

Did not make it to the Gym cause I wasn't feeling fully up to par, I did take my two Epi Caps with a cup of coffee around 12:30 and ended up hittin different pushup variations with bench dips off my desk & chair, felt pretty damn good regardless!

once I finish/fail on the calf raise I do a little cheat/superset where I do a kind of 1/4 leg press that hits my quads around and just above my knee's but also it lets me do a calf raise at the same time and get a muscle tearing extra 5-6 reps, have to tape it sometime for a better visual but I wonder if anyone else does these to get that extra credit on calves & quads, I think it really helps In brining out the teardrop above & around the knees if you do it right.

EpiAndro Report after 1st bottle(20 days from start);
definitely having that good aggression almost the entire day, noticing upon waking I'm already starting to notice that as well as feeling a little more solid/less water weight, strength hasn't increased a whole lot but the aggression is definitely going to be a nice benefit that will help me achieve that strength down the road, getting some pretty damn good pumps as well..
So far so good, looking forward to cracking the seal to more aggression, Iron Gains and bottle #2 Tomorrow.. Here we come!

Thank you brother! really appreciate the support, I'm very happy myself.. toomuch head trauma in the past to have the wrong med get me stuck on stupid, was just hoping something could help a little with all the stress & man depressiveness b.s. I'm meeting with the mental health provider tomorrow so all should go well.. finally taking that step to open up about all the crap I been dealing with instead of holding back the last 20+ years. How do you feel about the dosing Mg's?

They're not TOO bad, could DEFINITLEY be higher though for sure, 100mg's like a lot of the competitions dosages, I understand the time/money and effort and techniques used I just wonder if the MG's could be 100 per cap, then one bottle could be ran for a decent 4 week cycle maybe more cause I do notice off 2 caps(100mgs) I feel a good pickup and when I hit the gym I can pinpoint the aggression and extra power provided.

Thinking about doing all three for the remaining days see if I can pickup the intensity I still have quite a few caps left, seems like this cycle is going to run possibly a little longer then expected which is good with me.. will post my update for the day today next

I went to that game yesterday and did the whole tailgate thing, good game for sure, I'm not really a broncos fan either a friend of mine got invited from his boss and a bunch of people and he didn't wanna go alone so he begged me to go with, it was a good time regardless.

I will drop some Before-After Pics in the next day or two, My weight has stayed steady at 188-191 I definitely feel like ive leaned out quite a bit Will drop some more words tomorrow, kind of thought abot running some RAD and maybe some MK-677 any tips advice or recommendations hit me up
 
I have RAD but haven't used it, I'll probably ramp from 8 to 16mg (caps are 4mg).
MK 677 is a wonderful drug. I run it consistently at 10mg but some people prefer 20 or 30mg. Longer is better with this one, like HGH.

Yeah MK 677 isn't actually a SARM, it's a GH secretatogue. It's kinda the same thing as a GHRH like CJC or something. I just started ipamorelin alongside it, I'm interested to see the synergy between the two.

Hell yea, I've mesed with the CJC + Ipamorelin stack, one of he best combos iv tried!

Not terrible. Although when I first started MK 677 I was very lethargic for a week or 2 even at 10mg. Seems to happen to most people, but it also seems to pass before too long as well.

I think starting with 8mgs a day then increasing to 12 a week or two later is a solid plan. I also ran MK with mine but at 30mgs. However no peptides were with that so you can expect a similar experience on a lower dose with peptides added in. I think you will be surprised how effective RAD is. That weight gain the first week is impressive, I gained like 7 lbs I think, then seems to level off and you just grow leaner into that new weight which is pretty damn cool!!!!

MK has a long half life, you only need once a day dosing for it.

Like BamBam said the MK has a long halflife and once per day is plenty. You can hit the Peptides 1-3 times a day depending on goals and convenience levels. I mean you can hit them even more if you want. I tend to do twice a day, I used to do 3 a day but got tired of sneaking into the bathroom at work to take a shot every day.
 
On the RAD, I took mine 8-12 hours apart. Once I got to 3 I just did breakfast, lunch and either dinner or pre-bed.

I ran it about 200mcg twice a day with good results. I had awesome results with 300 3 times a day but not really that much better than 200mcg twice a day. Once you get over 100mcg saturation point per single dose the saturation is so high only about half of anything else you put in will be used, and that halves with every additional 100mcg you use er shot so I couldn't justify continuing to use 300 a shot to get 175mcg worth but can do 200 for 150 worth. :) If you have Mod GRF 129 then 100-200mcg alongside the ipam would be awesome for you!

Well This Log is OFFICIALLY Done, Tuesday the 2nd at 7:00PM MDT (Colorado Time) I took my last 50mg EpiAndro Following a damn good Chest Routine.. I was very satisfied that the two 60ct bottles lasted me exactly 40 days, which was perfect for a nice little cycle that wasn't TOO overbearing but long enough to reap the benefits of it.

In My opinion 150mg, 2caps PWO or between 10am - 2pm and 1cap around 7pm was the best dosing schedule, I felt like I was able to get enough in the afternoon for that boost and tthat cap later kept it circulating a little longer which is always good to have as much positive things flowing post workout.. I wil write a nice detailed review by tomorrow morning, once again thank you heavyiron and the rest of IronMagLabs & my logging partners for an awesome opportunity! love & respect always1

Thanks you, ii definitely felt leaner, had a little more vascularity and def. more solid then I have in a while, I love the DHT Effects one of my fav's, going to shoot for a lot higher doses next time but this was a good trial.
