Epic Cutting Stack

Pull day today went well. I'm liking the structure of a heavy 5x5 compound followed by a 3x8-12 accessory lift. Took me about 70min to complete the pull routine I laid out above.

Strength was up a little more today too. Felt less stiff overall. Really enjoyed having deadlifts back in the routine. Forgot how much more I enjoy them then rdl or sldl.

I like the blast at the end of the workout. It's almost like a hiit bout to finish up. I don't worry so much about the squeezing and stretching bit mostly just exhausting and very short (usually 15sec) rest sets.
 
Really enjoying my cut so far, which is odd as normally i really hate it.
And the best part, i've lost only 1lb over the past two months running this lot.

Reservatrol
Curcumin
Now throwing 75mg of forskolin, and already noticing an increase in temper and some further leaning out.

With any luck by end of next week i'll be starting my 8 week follidrone run.
 
Feeling nice and sore after my pull day. Lower back really felt those deadlifts. Did 20min of some low/med ss cardio this morning with some light jogging and fast walking outside since the weather is finally nice. Also decided to move some of my fat around and added a whole egg to each of my pre workout meals. This will nearly eliminate fat from the pwo/pre-bed meals.

Weight was 181.3lb yesterday morning so right about where I expected it to be (+1lb). This should come right off getting back in the gym and some cardio this week. I expect to hit about 180 by next Sunday. Still gonna bump another 50 kcals for the week up to 2050.
 
Second set of push/pull days are in the books. Some thoughts: I like the 2 on 1 off setup for getting in the gym often, however I'm not sure that I'll get optimal performance lifting the same muscles only 2 days apart. Might need to switch back to a push/pull/legs and a 3 on 1 off split after july so that I can eat more, train more, and really focus on increasing strength and mass. The push/pull will certainly do the job as far as just getting in some heavy lifting but I feel like progress could be very slow on lower cals.

Yep, haven't started yet. First time running anything other than Dermacrine, actually.

This is my plan so far:

1.5mL of XI-KT per day (After my shower, which is post workout)
3 caps Combustion per day
2 scoops Alphamine pre-cardio
Adding DCP 2.0 into the mix first part of June.
Should finish XI-KT right before the end of June (haven't decided when to start yet, this week or next)
Day after XI-KT ends, I will start my PCT which will be Erase, Supremacy 2.0 and DAA for 6 weeks. I might throw in some MacaPro if it is released by then :D

Other staples that I always have are Orange Triad or Anavite (OTatm), Fish oil (Oximega atm) and BodyForge 2.0 (4 scoops per day, split 2 and 2).

Since I'm losing a bit of weight already at 3,150 with added cardio, I might keep cals the same and see what happens. If not leaning well enough, I'll drop to ~2,800.

It will help me stay motivated and on track. I've got some decent muscle mass, but the problem area of my lower back "love handles" and belly are one of the reasons why I chose XI-KT.

I'm just afraid my loose skin (from losing ~110-155 lbs.) will become even more loose and obscure all my muscles :(

Been curious about the 11-keto product from LG as well as the Legion product you're about to run. I was however too lazy to figure out dosing and PCT protocols for it so I never pulled the trigger :P

Btw, saw your post on bb, yeah, surprise to me as well, thankfully it's a temp ban that should be lifted on the 21st. Whew :P

Yeah, for steroid talk no less. Ok, I can understand it if the policy is that the word steroid or AAS or anabolics should not be used whatsoever, but one really has to dig deep and hard to misconstrue that thread as a thread talking about steroids in any meaningful way. I guess someone dug down really really really deep.

Ya my lower belly/love handles seem to be really holding me back as well. I'm pretty excited. Mine is suppose to be here tomorrow so I may start fri morning. Def get your stats and pics in here if you need the motivation. The nice thing about using something like this is that it should really tighten things up by helping fill up your muscles so assuming you've got reasonable abs underneath I would think it might actually help with any loose skin.

Instead of LISS cardio, I think I might do Wingate style HIIT on a bike. This morning I did 5 intervals and almost died, LOL. Nausea was horrible!

I'm going to ease into it a bit more, only doing four intervals tomorrow, LOL.

The XI-KT burned a bit upon application, and it's hard for me to rub it in with my forearms instead of hands.

Definitely interested to see how your XI-KT run goes, as well as booneman77's (my impressions here is that he's also starting a run of that product?).

Is 3 ml's a day a high dose? I think the regular label instruction is 1 ml once per day right?

Yep mine should arrive this afternoon so I'll start tomorrow. Gonna run 1ml/day.

I've been doing sprints occasionally on the treadmill which is a nice break from the LISS. I do like my morning jogs tho now that the weather is nicer.

Where did you apply yours and why not just use your hands and wash? Or latex gloves?

I've heard that the skin on your hands is thicker than on your forearms, so you can maximize your absorption by using your forearms. Makes sense, as the stuff that gets on your hands and you wash away goes to waste :)

I applied it to my shoulders/chest. I know one thing, it is like an oil, and it's a bit harder IMO to apply than Dermacrine. Dermacrine is easy because it's thicker. Also, it is a bit difficult to tell when it is dry.

Yeah, it's more like an essential oil type viscosity. Not thick.

It almost smells like some type of wood to me.

I have been having trouble getting a full 1mL in the dropper, so I'm trying to get as close to .75mL as possible two times.

You should see some excellent results from XI-KT IMO. I have that ab shadow as well, but a ton of loose skin as well. What BF% did you say you estimate that you are right now?
 
How you allot your carbs wont really benefit your overall weightloss/fatloss, the grand scheme of things is your deficit. You look very lean as is right now, how long total have you been cutting? Almost 6 months?

I did calipers on myself the other day and it came out at 12% which was right about what I figured. I had hoped to be 10 or so by now but I'm sure I wont have as much trouble keeping the weight off since I went slower. I'm like 2x the size I was last time I cut down to single digits so it should be a good look assuming the next few weeks go well.

I realize the timing shouldn't matter as much but for me I've noticed a difference. I'm def not leaning out at the rate I was when I ran that style and I think its partially to do with the fact that after I eat my two largest meals (pwo and pre bed) I'm not doing any kind of activity. None of that food gets used immediately which in turn means I end up truly absorbing more kcals. I'll prob switch more for peace of mind and then really judge. 2 years apart and my body is totally different makes it hard to get a good comparison. I'll throw up pics from when i cut a couple yrs ago for ref.

Ya I was only about 150lb or so after my peak week. After my race I went directly to taco bell and ordered the entire value menu and 5 other items. Ate it all in like 10min while holding a full convo. Then stopped at every rest stop between philadelphia and pittsburgh and got some type of garbage food. I ate my way across the state. Then proceeded to eat nothing but cookies, ice cream, junk cereal, and all other types of garbage for an entire week while getting drunk for almost 10 days straight. Needless to say I gained 30lb in 2.5 weeks ha. never again. My skin literally hurt from stretching back out so fast.

Forgot to mention earlier, personally, I think nutrient timing to some extent probably does matter. I mean, if you have a large or most of your carbs around the time you are working out and you have a pretty intense and long session, I don't see how there wouldn't be some sort of positive partitioning effect for what you're consuming. Of course your total daily energy expendition obviously has to exceed your intake, but I would think that if anything, there would be more efficiency in where the nutrients go based on when you take in those nutrients.

I went back to an isocaloric diet during this cut to keep things more simple.

Was thinking of dropping to 2,800, but really don't want to lose strength or muscle. I'm shifting to HIIT cardio as well, as LISS takes too long and may not be as efficient.

So jealous of all your calories ha... I've reverse dieted up to 2050 right now and am gonna have to cut back. Stupid metabolism.

I think timing definitely makes a diff, but for my current goals, fat loss (even at the expense of a bit of muscle) is the main goal. I know that I can lose weight/fat on the AM only carbs plan so that's my reason for switching back. For sanity and long term though eating more in the evenings is def the way to go for me as far as "lifestyle". Gonna start carbing earlier this weekend and will type up the new diet layout starting monday. kcals will prob stay the same or go down slightly and sources will change a bit as I'll be eliminating the white rice and other faster digesting carbs that were more useful pwo.

Your in a deficit your body is not holding anything. The body is constantly burning kcals hence BMR ghat you burned earlier in the day still takes

Some CHO around workouts is better for some than others but in the end personal preference if your in a deficit you will lose period and we know your there the mirror shows it

Was you utilizing X1-KT, it states it's a pro hormone. Just wondering what else you utilized to keep your test from shutting down. Mind you I have no experience with pro hormones so I'm just asking.

Those pics are from a couple yrs ago. I just started the 11-kt this morning. That cut was actually 100% natural. The only supplement I even used was protein powder. Not even a fat burner.
 
Pct or none since you're using a low dose?
I'll see how I feel. I have a few bottles of alphamax, a few og epro, t-x3, some bulk DAA and ans fortitude natty test booster just laying around if I need any. I also have some leftover Nolva just in case

Well I've run some real stuff before so I'll have a good comparison. And understand how things should feel if there is any type of shutdown or hormone imbalance
 
Everything I've read thus far points to OTC test boosters being fine for PCT. My PCT will most likely include DAA, LGI Rehab and Supremacy 2.0. I'll probably run DCP 2.0 as well.
