Epi strong/Transaderm Recomp LOG

History: 2 8 week cycles of Hdrol, 4 week cycle on Mdrol, and a 12 week test e250 cycle. I've used clomid for my pct on all 4 cycles with great outcomes. I just finished my PCT 4weeks ago from the Test E cycle, now it's times for another PH adventure.


This cycle is going to be a recomp cycle to get me ready for the upcoming season for my bodybuilding shows.

2 weeks prior to starting: cycle assist 2x daily
Transaderm 6pumps Daily for 6 weeks
Epi Strong 45/45/45/45/60/60

PCT:
Clomid 100/50/50/50
HCgenerate
A-HD 250mg daily

During cycle and PCT I will be on:
Multi Vit
Cissus
Taurine
CLA
Pre workout
Intra workout
Post workout


calorie intake 3300-4000
Protein 230-250g
Carb 300-350g
Fat 100g

195lbs, body fat will be done tomorrow...

I would wait a bit longer since you just came off cycle. Give your receptors a rest for a while longer.
 
You only stopped Test E 4 weeks ago and you're jumping right in to Epi and transaderm... eh... i'd wait.

Agreeing with the advice already given on waiting several more weeks before starting this cycle.

That being said, it should be a great/mild cycle.

Ok maybe I didn't explain very well...my last injection of test was 10 weeks ago, pct was over with 4 weeks ago.

Usually ppl like to do total time on = total time off. Including pct as being ON.

But if you'd like to start earlier then by all means I'm not stopping ya lol.

Day one: weighed in lighter than I thought...
191.6lbs at 11%BF thru the 7site caliper test first thing in the morning (my wife and I are both master trainers)

I will post up my lifting split later today, along with diet intake.
 
Lifting Split

Back/Bicep/Traps (1 exercise high volume)/Abs
Quad/Calves
Shoulder/Arms (2 exercises each high volume)/Abs
Hamstring/Calves
Chest/Tri/Lateral delts (1 exercise high volume)/Abs

The purpose of this is to build up my weak points....shoulders and arms. I will hit them 3x in a rotation. Rest days will be periodically based on my body and time. With that said, most likely this will be a 8 day rotation with 2-3 days of rest mixed in there, cardio will be used sparingly and will be HIIT for only 15-20 min.
4-5 exercises at 6-12 reps for the larger groups, 3-4 at 6-12 reps for smaller groups unless I've specified other wise. Calves and abs will be variations and high volume, alternating each workout.
If anything changes it will be my rep count and I will eventually drop down to 5-8 reps at a higher weight, but this won't be until 1/2 or 3/4 of the way thru the cycle.

I realized something yesterday....I did a crucial quad workout Wednesday, I tried to lift shoulders the day after and my nervous system was fried, I wasn't focused nor motivated. Had a ****ty workout. I am planning my rest days to be after a leg workout.
I'm 3 weeks in now, will be upping the dosage on week four. I also am considering switching my PCT from clomid to tamoxifen citrate.
 
Does at 60 now for the next 3 weeks, lifts are stronger, weight is down 2 lbs, cals at 3200
I'm finding myself to be tired earlier in the day. Other than that no sides. I really want to add in test e250...I have 3 vials. But I know I need to wait ;)

Yeh I would save the test for a later run

I'm at 189, leaner and stronger...waiting to see where I'm at in another 3 weeks. My first show is April14. I need help planning out my next and last cycle that leads me sliced and ready for stage
