i spread mine out evenly throughout the day always, with one dose an hour b4 workout. I know a lot of people disagree with even distribution, but it works well for me.
"Studies have shown that taking an oral anabolic steroid with food may decrease its bioavailability. This is caused by the fat-soluble nature of steroid hormones, which can allow some of the drug to dissolve with undigested dietary fat, reducing its absorption from the gastrointestinal tract. For maximum utilization, this steroid should be taken on an empty stomach."
methyls are fat-soluable, so take your epi with some natty pb or fish oil. You'll feel it kick it a lot quicker, I know I did.
yeah my reference is "Anabolics 2009 - Anabolics 9th Edition by William Llewellyn"
he covers H-Drol and Epi in the book.
i have the e-book. and i agree based off my own understanding of biochem. I understand a small amount of food with fat may help absorption but a large meal IMO would lead to steroid/PH to be excreted with undigested fat. So maybe just a slice of wheat bread with a tbsp of natty PB. but not a 500 to 750 calorie meal.
hmm.... but the book says empty stomach is best. You think though that a tablespoon of natural peanut butter is better? I could see the argument either way.
How about taking with a protein shake in the morning?? I drink ON oats & whey for breakfast..About 50 gms protein and like 40-50 carbs i believe..Would that be ok??
I would try to do it 30 mins before or 30-60 mins after you eat. My suggestion would be to try it with food and without food and see which way you like it better.
These two statements are in contradiction with each other. In general I've heard the latter more often but I think the former may make more sense to me. Although I could easily make the argument that it is better for the gear to sit in your stomach than to be excreated from the body. The ingestion of fat may also stimulate the release of enzymes to absorb fat-soluble compounds. However, soujerz argument intrigues me. Can you provide a reference for your quoted text?
I have always heard
Methylated-No fat
Non Methylated-Fat
