I was on total tilt today. While I'm warming up this 7 foot buck 30 little boy is using the squat rack for upright rows. Then when he leaves some cockmaster shows up to use the squat rack for reverse wrist curls!? WHAT!?

I was seething. I had already wasted a lot of time, so I just opted for the good ole leg press. I think those numbers are all-time PRs, but I'm not sure. I'm not a big fan of the leg press, really. I had to cut a set out of my tri-set circuit to be able to finish out the other stuff because I was on a schedule. Still, pretty good workout. This beta ala9 is helping my muscular endurance.

Don'tcha love it? I've gotten to the point where I just flat out tell people - "This is a squat rack, not a curl rack. You can do curls here when you can curl 225, until then, you don't need rack to rest your bb on." It drives me up a wall.

You're showing good progress - keep pushing.

As for the gyno, yea that sucks, deff follow though with whatever the doc recommends man. Boobies are great but not when they are on yourself! Like the other guy said, those fairly recent pics in the first post show no signs of it so hopefully it isn't a big deal. Maybe just a virus running it's course? Hope the best for you man.

I loved the bicep pump I get from these workouts. I moved biceps to its own day instead of on back day. It's a target area so the added weights used will help more this way. I can also add another back exercise on back day so win/win. Awesome bicep pump, I can't stress this enough. I finally felt that the intra-aid kicked in. I felt it on the last set of bb curls and on both the wrist curl exercises. Definitely contributed to the extra reps gained.

IA is great for getting those extra reps towards the end. Great work in there... biceps on there own day huh? Not a bad idea...

IA is Intra-Aid. Good stuff.

My bis never grew at all on their own day - wasn't until I started really heavy pushes and pulls on the same day as curls that they begain to gain. You could very possibly be different from me, I'm just throwing in my .02 :)

I tried that this whole bulk thus far and I haven't seen any results in growth or strength. :(

So, I'm going to try this out for a while and we will see. At this point, I'll try anything to get these 9milimeters to turn into.. (insert some really cool big pistol).

I am pulling as heavy as I ever had, and I'm going to go into stregth building in January.

I just want to get :bb3:

Haha, yes I have a live-in girlfriend. I got a crasy flu and fever today. It's nice to have someone there to take care of you. :)

Oh, I did. :) I ate like a complete donkey this vacation. Some days I ate under maintenance other days I ate more than 2000kcal over my bulking caloric plan. My meals consisted of processed foods, sugary crap, and empty calories. I loved it! I forgive myself since I'm not much of a weekly or monthly cheater.

However, the damage was ridiculous. Since I wasn't working out I stopped all my supplements for these last couple of weeks.

I went back to the gym this Monday and back to my diet. I gained strength from the much needed break, but my endurance was shot. You'll see from the numbers I'll post them up in a few.
 
Nothing like a vacation - last one was my honeymoon and I went up about 4% BF in the course of 3weeks. I left on it with a decent six-pack and came home with a belly - but man the food was unbelievable!! Definitely worth it.

Pretty crappy day altogether. I couldn't even hit the deads on account of destroyed legs from Wednesdays monstrous workout. I opted for weighted back extensions instead. Blah, next week I suppose.

I will be starting a strength phase pretty soon though. Not sure how soon. I might extend this bulk, or I might go to maintenance and opt for a "recomp." Who knows. I also have some competitions I need to start getting ready for. I don't want to be embarrassed.
 
You destroyed your legs. I always find when I kill my legs my back workouts aren't as great as I would like.

When I'm on a split, I like to get legs and back as far apart from each other as possible. Legs on Mon and Back on Fri was usually the way it went.

Also, you're just coming back from vacation - your conditioning is going to be a little below your previous level.

You'll get it back in no time, Emerge - just keep it heavy and form strict and you'll have no trouble! :)

w00t, pretty good workout. I did marginally better than last week. The smith military press is now an all time high. Any progress from there is continued PRs. I'm happy. :)

Damn man, two scoops huh? I still stay @ 3 pills of BA pre-workout. I will up my BA to 5 caps next workout and 2 scoops of I-A! that'll be nice.
