Besides your top 10 supplements, is there anything that you specifically recommend for enhancing the performance or recovery for a endurance athlete training/racing around 20 hours a week?

Ooo or one of those climate chambers to sleep in. Not sure how hard/expensive it is to get one. Also the ironman beds claim to remove lactic acid and make you recover better during sleep

Does it really work? I think I tried a long time ago but didn't get anything out of it... maybe it wasn't good quality?
