Egg whites in a protein shake

Lucky I have organic eggs at work and I take them in the am for free :-) except for the weekends...

Ok so biotin need to be equally taken? Meaning if I put two whole eggs and 3 egg whites that mean I'm missing a certain amount of biotin even though some egg yolk was added in?

Honestly, I wouldn't over analyze it too much. I think 2 whole eggs and 1 white is not going to be an issue. However on the same note adding 40-50 calories of healthy yolk isn't going to hurt you one way or another either unless you are on a competiton diet and specifically need macros elsewhere...

From the diet you explained you could very easily just have yolk with each of your eggs since you are running low carb and higher protein / fat the egg yolks fit perfectly into that diet plan.

Yea at times ill eat at most 10 eggs per day but on avg maybe 6. As u said it shouldnt be a problem with my diet. Kleen thanx for all the advice bro! most of my fat comes from Pb and egg yolk and sometimes some from soy milk and greek yogurt.
