Aww hate it when they get sick! Mine were sick a lot when they were little! I think it helped give them a strong immune system now though! I hope she feels better!!

2 pretty good nights so far. Put an onion beside her bed, seems to help a bit.

Today is daddy day....she is pretty happy:)

Chest is sore!

The change of movements last week was a good thing.

Keeping the decline bench press, but changed it from first to fourth exercise.

I was sceptic...but it works!

Her nose was completely full maken it hard to breath. The onion by the bed helps. Cut it up into pieces.

(Only downside is the terrible smell the next day, lol)

Just came off ostar1ne. Currently on Revolution pct by FINAFLEX, ashwaganda, maca and oral STR3NGHT.

Waiting on EP1C and Dermastrenght to come in.

Pretty much natty for a while.

Thinking januari a new 'cycle' ;)

Against all odds. Had a terrible night. My little princess woke up at 01.00 and ended up in my bed.

Guess who's side she choose? Mine ofcourse. Daddy is always warm.

Went to the athletics gym, just did my warm up, suddenly one of my students showed up with a couple of questions.

Had to warm up all over...Anyway, this was it.

Just popped an Ep1c pil pre workout.

Back and biceps today.
 
About to end a 45 day run of EP1C and DermaStrength and go to a 8 week cycle of Ostar1ne and EP1C.
The EP1C and DS treated me really good during and past my PCT. Kept my size and weight up, intensity in the weight room stayed high and always felt pumped.
Look forward to seeing how it treats you.

I had to Google the Scott curls. I need to give them a try. Every time my arm is locked in place on curls, I get a really good burn.

My knee feels good today. Just have to be patient(as I have been for the past 3 years:( ) My quads and glutes are sore today;)

Patients is hard! Glad it's good today! Sore = growth right?! Lol
