Need stuff to feel heavy sometimes dude.. Gotta keep the ego in check. And looking at your numbers.. There's a good reason it felt heavy it was.

Hope the "Heavy Feeling" is subsiding if things are feeling heavier than they should. Could be you need more carbs like you said or just calories in general but it could be you are just tired or your CNS needs a day or two.

Probably a combination of factors.

Coming week I'll be off on a school trip:(

4 days in sodom and gomorra, aka Amsterdam , with 52kids, ages16 and 17.
Kicking them out of coffee shops etc.

I'll be a wreck on friday....

After the schooltrip last week I was totally wrecked.

Then came saturday, 2 birthday parties....sunday I helped my brother in law move and ate at my family in law.

Sunday I ate at my moms place. Today a birthday. Tomorrow after work dinner with my class, and finally thursday a prom...friday a short work day, and then off for 2 weeks.


So training has been off, but managed to get a work out in today.

Nice balanced routine with volume brother. Hope the baby girl is doing well!
 
Start off with 50mg of tr3st and work my way up to 75mg. Furaza at 225. First time for both, so see what happens;)

Trest has my eye, so I guess I'll stay subbed to see how it treats you ;) lol
 
Today up north, for a romantic stay at Leeuwarden city. Just the 2 of us. My baby girl is with her grandparents.

Good thing I just started Tr3st;)
