Have to do a lot of stretching. ..and she basicly told me to life with it, and listen to my body...bla bla

I'll do the stretching, and I always listen to my body...no way I'm accepting never to squat etc again.

A lot of the info PT's and Doc's give are just random textbook bunk. I had a minor groin pull and my doc told me that I should never squat heavy again or I'd risk a hernia. I just rolled my eyes.

same think happened to me last night wanted to hit up some press after my squats, had to wait till the end and was toasted by then... We'll get them next time.. LOL
 
Different work out today. Freakin crowded, so had to change things up + working out 2 days in a row, so some back and biceps today.

Nice and I used to have a 72 Skylark GS those mofos are sweet! I had a big functioning scoop on it too. Thing was a beast could just smoke the tires all the way into 3rd from a dead stop!
