Running 25 a day.....no shutdown the last time;)
Would you share which company's Ostarine you are using? Also, I see that each cap is 25 mg as described on the bottle but the directions suggest 3 caps a day. That's 75 mg per day unless I'm misunderstanding?

If you are running it strictly for gains and noticeable ones in a month then 75 would be pretty sweet. You will shut down at that dose though. Heck you could run 50mg for 6 weeks off one bottle of that and probably put on some serious size.

With such a short t2, it seems like 1 cap a day of osta wouldn't be enough. I've never run it, but from what I've read it has a very, very short half life. Does this not seem to be the case for those who have used it?

Osta rc liquid has 24 hour half life. Not sure about the caps.

Edit:seems capped would produce the same half life.

Anyway, it feels good:)

Wasn't sure about the brand, but so far it's the best I've had.
 
Had a first aid refresh course today. Cpr etc. Thought about your heroic act. Awesome bro.

In your refresher, do they include rescue breathing, or have they taken that out for you guys as well? For us, it's just compressions, I'm wondering if it's the same stuff worldwide.

They recommend both. 30 compressions, followed by 2 breaths.

After 4 minutes of compressions all the co2 is gone out of the blood.

But they did say that if you really don't want to give mouth to mouth it's ok to just give compressions.

They showed a clip of a real life cpr....happened to be a bbc film crew around to film it.

He survived. ...bizar to watch it.

Next week some changes. Will be working out after work in the late afternoon, so hopefully less crowded;)

For my followers. I always warm up, and after that I start with the highest weight, and pyramide my weight down each set that follows.

Every set is taken to and/or beyond failure.

Me and my buddy have been working out together for more than 10years now....pretty unique I think.

2,5 weeks on ostarine, and loving it. Even my left knee is feeling better right now.

Other supps I'm using at the moment.

*multi vitamin
*vitamine D3 5000iu
*Creatine monohydrate
*BCAA 3 times daily
*whey proteïn
*saw palmetto

Pre workout:
Ignite 2 and max pump( have some leftovers from my repping days at finaflex)

Meal planning is pretty simple:
6 or 7 meals a day around 3500cal a day or more.

Current weight:
85 kg or 187 lbs
1.72m or 5.6

Bodyfat: 12%

Rarely do full body anymore but I remember the days where u just keep going lift to lift to lift and hit your full body.

Nice lifts, these poundages are American friendly!
 
Full body routine? How often do you do this?

Seven months ago my life changed, I became a father:)

Work, keeping the misses happy, spending time with my daughter...you get the picture, less time in the gym.

I train 2 times a week with my buddy, and we try to get the most out of these sessions. So I came up with the full body concept.

I squeeze some work outs in at my work( with the rings and stuff), and today I had a class in the gym( had a mini work out myself to show the youngsters how it's done)( this is all just extra)

Funny thing is, when I started in the gym when I was 18(first job next to school), my boss wantes everybody to train with the nautilus high intensity training( full body, 1 set to failure)
Ofcourse I didn't like it, and made countless sets, split training.

Soon I made up my version, split training with reverse pyramid.

Still use the reverse pyramid, but currently the full body workouts make sence.

At least I work each bodypart 2 times a week;)

In my first post, I said I was going to have some short and long term goals:

Since yesterday, I have 2

Students challenged me with the ab rollout.
Have 2 weeks to step up my game and perform the rollout on my toes.(me and my big mouth)


Second goal:(1 year)
My knee is feeling a lot better.
330lbs on the leg press plate loaded. 2 sets of 20 reps.

Want to increase the weight, but have to be careful and smart about it.

Came up with this:
Each month I increase the weight with 22lbs. Have to stay at 20reps.

Basicly next week I try to take the 330to failure( maybe 30reps)
And in februari I start with 352 lbs, 20 reps....etc

March 374 lbs. ......januari 2015 , 594 lbs, 20reps.

(If my knee holds up ofcourse, but hey, I used to push a lot more 3 years ago)

Lol.... Last year some kids asked if I could climb up the rope to the cealing using just my arms....uhm.....hell yeah I can.

Hopefully the ab rollout will be the same. Sore as fuak from yesterday's session:(
