IMO T3/clen combo is the best because of it's synergy. Clen is a specific beta-2 antagonist. Optimal thyroid levels increase the # of beta receptors on fat and muscle cells. In turn T3 gives clen more sites to work on. Now with that being said what I personally like do do is stack all 3. The beta-2 receptors that clen targets get desensitized in 2-3 weeks. That's y ppl run it 2wks on 2wks off. Ephedrine is nonspecific beta-2 agonists so it can be used in the time off. I cycle them for 6wks like this. T3: 25/50/75/75/50/25. Clen: 40-160/160/OFF/OFF/160/160 ECA: OFF/OFF/25-100-81/25-100-81/off/off. Play with the dosages, to c what works. Fo me those are my sweet spots
