Took 2 Imodium I also woke up with heart burn which is weird. And I'm drinking allaster. Maybe bad sushi last night. Didn't taste great

Oh, I know the recompodrol didn't cause it. I've had that issue after a few carbs ups. Last summer it happened like 3 carb ups in a row. Had me really rethinking what I was doing with keto. If you laid that with something that was bad.....man, I'll say some prayers for ya man, it's gonna be a long day for ya

I avoided all that. Just smashed tons of protein veg and had blueberries with my French cheesecake. Very nice and didn't kill me thank goodness.
I had to stock up on protein or I was in some serious trouble because all the food was just...omg....looked devilishly tasty.

I don't know why the burn coming on.

Maybe over stuffed. All I know is I called into work because I'm in and out of the bathroom

Gotta be honest I think it was the sushi bc it didn't taste bad but it wasn't great

But definitely removing all the ****. No pun intended that I ate last night

I'm weighing like 180 hitting good numbers on bench for 185 for 10 easy. Last time I repped it was 17 reps. Can prolly do 20 now

I think ill be at 9% flat by new year

Ive been feeling sick to the stomach the passes two days as well. Maybe something is going around. Still getting good lifts in though man.
 
So i pooped today for the first time since Wednesday

Felt amaziing

I'm not noticing all this muscle fullness nor hunger everyone is seeing its been almost 2 weeks I think

I will do body fat tomorrow. But not expecting change and if so only higher due to diet. Not bad but more calories then wanted

Made a chocolate bar today

With anacyclus for me, the muscle fullness is one of the first things I notice

I haven't experienced the increase in hunger either.
 
I've said it throughout my whole log; PRXT seems to have the opposite effect on my appetite, than other anacyclus suppleme taken.

Lack of fullness isn't as puzzling though. I don't tend to get this effect much.

Me as well! But I believe it also could have been the increase in my carb intake result in more water retention/muscle glycogen storage. Can't wait to hop back on it here in a couple weeks!

No hunger no fullness all the same as its been

I've been dosing 3 caps pre workout. 3 caps with recompadrol before pos workout meal

I don't get etter muscle pumps either

That may be do to the t2 though and a zero carb intake

I carb up 2x a week. This week my second carb up was with purple sweet potatoes

Will test body fat in a couple hours. Will post if lower. Won't if the higher

Things will be better come the new year. Monday is my next carb day.

Hope everyone had a safe new year


Seems like my first gym sesh sucked and I think in coming down with something

Parachuting abut 10g holy basil a day starting today. A tiny cough if I force it. Everyone I know has been getting an upper resp infection or some sickness

I'm loading up on my zinc multi (no iron ) and holy basil as the research and anedotal evidence shows it works for upper resp infections if that is what I have

My job also when at its warmest is 60 degrees and I don't wear a jacket because I have problems finding one that fits.

So who knows.

Any ideas toss them my way

Also I think I'm going to stop osthole at any more then 90-100 mg as I think it is contributing to ED.

I don't think it's the nolvadren but to be honest I'm not sure it's doing much.

Ill be back on oep in a couple weeks. The at2 with everything else ( I take doses with caffeine) isn't doing what I expected at all

Don't know what I want to add to my stack

Maybe ill start the retest of my next product without the osthole

Didn't realize you were still on the osthole. Been a while now; hasn't it?

You feel its necessary to take BCAAs while fasting? Just started 16/8 again and skipping the BCAAs this time around.

As for being sick, I've been taking Swanson Immune Essentials and feeling real good on it. Actually feel it is making a difference this winter.

70% better today from one day of the holy basil


Osthole yes been a long ass time staying on about 100mg a day

To expensive for general public at the 400mg per day dose to be a cost effective supplement

Also would love to see my heart rate and where I can push it to

My bench went up by 1 rep. 215 for 8.

Will go for 10 tomorrow. Added weighted pull-ups. Tomorrow snatch grip deads and upper back work

Waiting on some topicals. Added creatine back in today.

I cleaned 185 for one with the squat. Goal is 3.

I feel both goals I set are doable

Not sure if prxt had anything to do with the strength aspect but I think it's too pricey to run another 4 weeks

Ordering stuff on Monday once New Years sales orders are out so I don't have to wait long for product

Laterals


Rear delt flys

I also do another press where the weight is pulling my hands forward and down and I need my lower last and stability muscles to prevent the weight from pulling me forward

Do you incorporate any rotator cuff like trap 3 raises or external rotations in there?

Band pull Sparta, face pulls, external rotation, delt rows OH press, chin tucks and hold...

I add lower trap work and some shrugs since I hit traps with deads

I do facbpulls almost every day

No chin tucks

I don't do standing overhead press or push press bc of my lower back
