A head of broccol
1.5 oz goat cheese
20g bcaa
6oz almond milk
6oz coconut milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tbsp pb
1/2 square bakers chocolate
Cals.... Low. Not up to what I want but I need them low based on what the body fat machine said.

I really think PR-XT will yield noticeable effects in 2 weeks. There have been a few loggers that are noticing increased strength and libido after only 1 week. Varies from person to person though, so just hang in there, PR-XT will be doing it's magic soon![]()
