Yeah, it was Kalahari that was on the travel channel. Looked cool. We're broke now so cant do a vacation in the next couple months, but my wife gets her bonus in feb or so, so the money would be there to bring the family along for the arnoldSandusky is 2 hrs from me and the Arnold. Actually there is quite a bit to do in that area. We stay at an awesome bed and breakfast near there. He has a wing with a jacuzzi tub and 2 seperate rooms in the same private wing. Makes killer belgan waffles for breakfast.
There is Cedar Point amusement park. Kalahari is super nice, like its own private city..lol.
There is a drive thru animal safari, the islands (put in bay) but thats more adult. A cool skating rink with a haunted house thats open all year round. Quite a bit of things actually.
nah, they were playing cheerleader and I guess she was doing the stand on two other girls knees thing and as she was dismounting she fell. some bumps and bruises but mostly it just hurt for that first hour or soHope she was not hurt too bad!

well that isnt going to help you in your goals....... maybe you could get on some shred matrixno cardio still I like the superset style, mostly because i'm so compressed for time all the time. Between work, family, etc its hard for me to fit in the workouts (which is also why no cardio)
yeah man, gotta do what you gotta do. i totally understand.or something its a drag, i'm trying to work things out so I do have the time again, but at this point it means either less sleep or less time with my kids. so neither of those is good
Or some HIIT :head: Brutal stuff, I've turned it into 25s on/50s rest, 10 sets, Upped the intensity, it's 13.5 minutes from hell. I'm still bulking up though, I'm finishing PRIME then cutting time!I think I might have to do a month of minimal strength training just to maintain and spend the time on cardio instead. It might be my best option. its either that or do one of those velocity diets again

BTW for all, i haven't worked out since my last entry here. turns out my wrist issue is a combo of tendonitis and thumb arthritis... so I got a cortisone shot and am just relaxing for a bit to see what happens. I'll likely start up with really light weights and do TUT style soon tho
