E-Stane cycle, questions.

E-Stane cycle, my plan..need advice

5'8, 180 pounds packed onto a tiny frame (much bigger than most people at 180 at my height because my bones are so tiny). 26 years old and been working out for 7 years now. The only other DS I've used was 3AD last spring....

I've got 2 bottles of Cycle Assist, E-Stane, PCT Assist and some Nolva. Had bloodwork done and liver enzymes, kidney function and cholesterol were excellent.



I'm thinking........

2 weeks of Cycle Assist before hand and throughout of course.....


1) 10-20 (by mid week)
2) 30
3) 40
4) 40

Does this sound like an effective and safe dosage considering my experience, weight etc? I really don't want to be on the brink of some solid gains and then realize I was only 10MG's off!..That would truly suck HOWEVER.....on the other hand I don't want to risk anything at my weight. Should I up the dosage a bit? Extend by half a week?

Also

I wake up around 7:30, work from 9-5..and hit the gym around 7 or 8 in the evening. What would be the best way to dose? Right now I'm getting about 5-6 hours of sleep a night...will have to aim for atleast 7 I'm assuming..

I would recommend dosing at 30-40 mgs for 4 or 5 weeks(maybe 6 if you feel up to it). I would take my first PH dose at 8am then the second dose at 5 or 6pm with the Cycle assist at 12 noon and 9pm. I would highly recomemnd you work at getting more than 5-6 hrs of sleep a night though:)

i agree 10-20 mg a day is gonna be a waste of time for you. i think 30 is a minimum. by the sounds of it you are on the right track with the rest of it.

and do not underestimate the value of a good nights rest. your body just cant recover without its rest and that recovery is such a major piece of what steroids / ph's do for you.
 
^bump ^ these two here 30-40mgs is perfect. . I've witnessed the magic of 20mgs and let me tell you its far from magic. . once i told him to go 40mgs it was his sw33t spot. . .just some food for thought. . .estane is a wonderful thing i will have to say for the str and bf department. . . whats your diet look like and remeber 1.5gallons of water at least. .

If I'm hitting 30, should I take 2 at once for the first dose and one for the second, or two for the second dose? Also with or without food (if with then: fat, carbs?)

Also..does the timing for Cycle Assist matter that much? I'm on my first week and have been taking it 8-12 hours a part...but sometimes at different times, like 9-6 some days...or 2-10 on others.

You should'nt have a problem starting the E-stane at 30mgs . I personally would take 2 in the am and 1 cap for the second dose. As for the Cycle Assist , you want to make sure you seperate the dose from the PH by 3-4 hrs.
 
Alright guys...thanks again.

I started this yesterday (after preloading for 2 and a half weeks). Started at 20 my first day, 10 in the AM, 10 at night.

20 again today, and then I'm shooting for 30 starting tomorrow. Does consistent timing have that much of an effect? Today's obviously Saturday...so I woke up at around 10:30, and my first dose came at that time..as opposed to 8 in the morning yesterday.

I'm not debating this but why? Does it actually matter? Before or after? Seems inconvenient if you lift early morning before work.

That was supposed to be should NOT be a problem:p Are you asking why seperate the doses (ph and CA)or why 2 in the am and 1 pm?
 
Well to make it sweet and simple the milkthistle and NAC in Cycle Assist can "interfere" with the absorption and conversion a methylated PH. There has always been some debate for and against this theory , however time and time again I have seen users have "problems" when doing them together , which are usually quickly reversed once the doses are seperated by 3-4 hrs.
 
***UPDATE***

Update.

I'm now 10 days in and it seems to be kicking in fairly nicely. Looked pumped all throughout the day and my strength and stamina in the gym have sky rocketed. I'm up 5 pounds as well so far. Still dosing at 30MG a day. I've heard that Epi doesn't really kick in until the 3rd week though..so I'm looking forward to this.


Only problem i've had so far is that I seemed to have started my cycle (by accident, but just horrible timing lol) during a stressful period in my life..where I've got tons of work and other personal deadlines just around the corner, family complications as well....so my mood while being fairly good, has been a lil up and down lately. Meditation and supplementing with some Bacopa and L-Theanine once in a while seem to help this though.

On the positive side of mood..I seem to have quite the air of confidence around me (always had this, but it's just a lot more now).



I'm also going to need another bottle of E-Stane. My initial idea was go to up to 20MG for the first 2 weeks, and then bump it up to 30 for the final 2 and a half or so one bottle would have been enough. After some suggestions here..I've been at 30 right off of the bat and I want to go to do a full 5 weeks of this (possibly bumping up to 40 the final week).

Does anyone know where I can still get another bottle of E-Stane? Feel free to suggest in the board, or PM if you have to.

One other thing..I accidently missed my PM dose of Cycle Assist last night (just knocked out on my bed while reading)...I woke up extra early today and had a dose in the morning, I'm assuming this should be okay..
 
Alright guys...YET another update.

Did some squats yesterday and ended up with what appeared to be a bit of a back pump on my first set..continued my workout through some pain...and then a few hours it hit me.

I think I sprained the muscle that surrounds my tailbone, definitely doesn't feel like a back pump. The taurine is up high, and the water intake is good. Had to take the day off of work and get some acupuncture treatment. It was hard to even get out of bed! Right now it's alright..but whenever I lay down, it's a task and a half to get back up..also tough to put on socks etc. I've had this type of back strain before :(..where the surrounding area of the tailbone is just sore, definitely strained something.

Not going to the gym tonight of course, but will keep dosing..and hopefully I can make a return for Thursday. It's quite frusterating.

What do you guys think
