Dymethazine w/Epistane

Planning on starting a cycle of Dymethazine stacked with Epistane. I don’t have a ton of PH experience under my belt but I did run Epistane 10/20/30/40 and kept ~10 lbs of muscle with no negative sides (feel like I could have run higher dosage). I’m trying to bulk as much as possible with this new cycle, but I’m not sure if I’m overdoing it with products. I have done a lot of reading over the past few weeks trying to get a solid draft and this is what I have come up with.

Throughout cycle/pct: Cycle Assist, Liver Assist, Superpump 250, Size On, Taurine, Glutamine, and protein/casein protein throughout entire cycle

Cycle:
~4 weeks iForce Dymethazine (15/30/30/45)
~5 weeks IBE Epistane (20/30/40/50/60)

PCT:
- 4 weeks Torem (180/120/60/30)
-Reduce XT, Inhibit E, I3C


Any advice or suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

EDIT: considering buying Liver Longer in place of liver assist... thoughts?
 
6' 160 and on steroids. really brah? how old are you?

if you go through with this you are gonna want some fish oils cause your joints are gonna get sore.

According to Bill L, dymethazine is no safer than SD and just as toxic. i would def just run the dymethazine since you have never run SD or Dymethazine before... really tho you should be able to pack on some mass on your frame without roids.
 
Im 21. I know it's young and everyone says wait I'm just looking for advice.

I have always been a hard gainer, it's in my genes. Dad was 6'3 180 and mom is very thin as well.

I have been on a strict 5 day workout schedule for a couple years and Im cut up and pretty strong for my size, just haven't been able to put on much size until epistane... I exploded I went up ~17lbs and lost around 7 after pct.

Ahh and yeah I take fish oil and glucosamine already...
 
General outline of my meals throughout the day:

Breakfast: 4 eggs scrambled/Peanut butter sandwich/banana/oatmeal

protein shake

Lunch: Grilled Mahi, Rice/butter, steamed veggies (depending on class schedule sometimes forced to eat subway footlong....)

Workout/Protein shake/creatine/bcaa's

Dinner: 2 Chicken Breasts, Rice/butter, steamed veggies, Sauteed Mushrooms

Casein protein shake before bed


That's pretty much my standard day of eating. Some days I don't do the morning shake depending on how I'm feeling.
 
im about to head to the gym but ill come back to this. but until then... you do not eat enough. get your diet in check and you WILL see gains and make your future cycles much more benficial as well. in the meantime go to fitday.com and punch it that food and see how many cals you are eating a day and what the macro breakdown is.
 
You definitely dont eat enough. And Phs wont make you magically grow. If you dont eat enough or train hard enough to make gains without them, you wont make big gains with them either.

And Hump is correct, Dym is very toxic, one of the most toxic PHs available.

102 g of fat
264.3 g of carbs
264.5 g of protein


plus protein shakes which alone have:

Total Carbohydrate 85 g

you weigh 170 and ur trying to gain with 3062 cals? Brotha I weigh in at 205 (after a cut) and I have to eat about 3100 cals just to maintain my weight- you need to pack in another 1k or so cals if ur that thin

Dont worry about fat gain it sounds like ur metabolism is high

But wait on the roids dude
 
My bulk diet looks like thisa

Carbs -350 on roids- 400-450

Protien-300 on roids 300

Fats 100 on roids 120

So break that down

Off cycle bulk

total cals-3700
On cycle-Alot more


you need more FOOD

FOOD IS UR STEROID!
 
Lots of big guys started out as skinny ass hardgainers, and at some point they all figured out their diet, figured out that they just have to eat MORE to gain. maybe one of them will chime in and let you know whats up.
 
Awesome thanks for all of the support and info guys. I might wait at least til January or so to cycle if I do. I already have the Dymethazine so it kinda sucks to see it just sit here.

Im guessing you guys think dym/epi might be a little too much. Any input on the actual choice of products for on cycle/pct? I hear good things about liver longer and might choose that instead of liver assist.

I like the concept of cortisol blocking with Reduce XT and I heard good things about I3C, so those might stay in the cycle.

Is Inhibit E or an estrogen blocker in general even necessary with a serm (Torem)? Isnt that what Torem does (selectively block/bind the estrogen receptor sites)?

I dont see the point of throwing cortisol blocker in an anabolic cycle- pointless imo


I wont even use them in pct- If my understanding is correct cortisol is suppressed on cycle enough as it is


I want to leave my cort levels alone!
 
and no I do not think you are going to need inhibit e while on torem though I could be wrong but in my pct im running purely clomid


Of course the creatines and all that good stuff
