I love protein. Many articles come out about only needing like .8g per kg. But good god if that was the case then there should be many more ripped individuals out there right? I donno. That's what I take from it. Anyhow, being in japan there is no Greek yogurt. But with the addition of gut health and other probiotics I am able to eat protein powder again. Making bars and a lot of sludge. Also, get in around 25g of bcaas a day.

You use any bcaa?
 
lollll what a bad f'n idea! What I was saying is can you buy the liquid egg whites like egg beaters? Definitely do the greek yogurt... A full container of it would be about 520 calories and about 92 grams of protein... no fat at all... so that could be a good lean protein source for you... try the 99% fat free ground turkey... its a bit pricey, but to eat healthy you have to be willing to spend some extra money... its worth it... i would lay off too much beef and stick to the chicken, fish and turkey...


LOL funny story about the egg whites... so my whole life I have tried to eat eggs in different varieties...scrambled, sunny side up, ect..horrible stomach pains and on the toilet all day a few hours after. As far as the egg whites I thought "hey maybe egg whites will be ok for me" .. so I buy some pasteurized carton egg whites from the store and try to drink a cup (this is what all my friends do since they are pasteurized you can drink them straight) and let's just say things did not turn out very pretty! lol. I have gotten by without eggs though just use a good amount of whey, chicken, beef, dairy products, etc. The greek yogurt sounds like it would be a great addition to my diet though.

Thats exactly what I was thinking... I am up to 190 so I was trying to do about 2g per lb... I know its a lot but its had a good effect... just like you said, without the carbs or fat, it makes up for it... i keep both of those low, especially the fat... the shred is the most important to me =)

You and I are very alike in our physical goals it seems. Being ripped or not far from it is my primary focus all the time now. I try to keep my bulks as lean as I can now. I'm at around 9% bodyfat right now, but feel very fat so that tells you how I feel about being lean. I'm about to start dropping that number though. This is as fat as i like to get ;)

Definitely bro... I'm at around 6% or so and I always feel like I can be better... I want to be big of course, but to me, its no good without the definition... were definitely on the same page! The thing is, most people would probably think we're crazy but that's what makes us tick man... To keep getting better! Its always good talking training with ya bro...

Hey, just read your entire log and am really impressed. Very nice gains and looks like all the time you put in planning and prep has def paid off. I have a bottle of hdrol burning a hole in my cabinet, but not going to start till feb. Will be keeping an eye on your pct progress, good luck.

Yeah this has been the best ph ive tried to date. Always have had great results. I think this one will be the best though. This will be my third goaround with this compound over the past 2.5 yrs and i now know what works the best and what my body responds well to. So im looking to tare some s##t up on this one haha. Also thanks for the code offer, ill let you know.

thanks for the support bro... your strength should be kicking in anytime... if you dont feel anything soon i would kick up the dosage... you don't have any sides at 75, you should be fine... you will get some good results from it, just stick with it and keep working hard!

Last day of cycle... On to PCT

So today was the last day of my cycle... I ran a little over the 6 week norm (closer to 7 weeks)... I know that is unconventional, but I had a few reasons why as I stated before... I will start off by saying that I did finally experience one side from the cycle and that is the lethargy... I have deifinitely noticed that this week and I am attributing that to a few things... The first being that I have had a cold for about 10 days... (How do you have a cold that long in Hawaii??) and also the fact that I went over normal cycle length and probably the dosing being 125mg... NOW, on to the good part... Today I was hammer curling 80 pound dumbbells for sets of 10... I felt like an animal... I was also having to add mini dumbbell weights to the cable machines because the racks did not have sufficient weight on them... People were looking at me like I was nuts... Oh well, beast mode baby! I am feeling crazy strong... I am thrilled with the amount of strength that I have gained... I am also thrilled with my muscle size and vascularity... I still feel like I could put on more size but that will come with time... My osta came yesterday and I was like a kid in a candy store, waiting for it to come! =) I am really looking forward to making even more progress on PCT... I really am wanting to have a bit more energy though as I am not used to ever not having energy... I am hoping the DAA helps with that as well as the creatine nitrate... I am trying to get my hands on some HCGenerate as well but that is not so easy at this time... So here is my plans for PCT and throughout... Obviously we have 4 weeks of PCT... I am running torem 90/60/30/30... I have decided to dose the osta at 20 mg for two weeks and then drop to 12.5 for the next 4 weeks... I will run ostarine for two weeks after PCT as well... I will also be using Need2Slin, Lean Xtreme, DAA and creatine nitrate for PCT... After PCT, I will use NTBM Bridge for 3-4 weeks... After that I am going to go with the S4 and ostarine stack until its time for my next cycle... SO... I am a planner... I like to plan ahead... I am looking for opinions on my next cycle... Here are the options I am looking at:

Epistane and Trenazone stack

Ultradrol

NRGX Labs Tren Ethyl 13 and Andro Maxx stack ( I am looking for any info on these compounds as I have heard some good things about them but I question some of the compounds in them so I am wondering if anyone has any opinions or advice on them)

X-Tren...

Any thoughts or advice are welcome... My goals are to add mass but stay lean as I did with this cycle...

Wow! I was right. We are starting pct the same time lol. Tomorrow I start with 20mg nolva with 50mg clomid. Gonna add in the ostarine at 20mgs as well. Currently my only gda is GS and glycobol. I will be fully stocked though in 5 weeks when I visit Oahu. ;). I will have a whole slew of goodies there then. ;)

Good luck man. 80lb for hammers.... the most I did was 75s... And I'm like 30lbs heavier. You are beast man!

I'm thinking about the new tren from ibe. If the logs are good I'm gonna hit that next. Probably with some transaderm and either epi or hella. Unless I'm already lean enough... Then it's another cycle of beast! Either way though we will be beast. Lol.
 
Just my opinion I like to dose Torem 240 the first day and 120 the next two days then 90/60/30/30. I def feel it makes me get back going much faster and I can actually end my Torem a lot sooner. In fact I usually end about a week or so sooner actually.
 
I would definitely go with the Epistane and Trenazone cycle...will lean you up and add some lean gains while making you nice and strong
 
I ran Epistane Trenazone, gained 15 lbs of LBM with no bodyfat added. Although I am at like 13% bodyfat, MY strength gains were nothing like you experienced with your helladrol cycle though. Im on Helladrol now though so now I get to compare :D.

No worries. It's sort of just what I came across playing around with it. I tend to prefer to start higher and taper off faster. It seems to work for me. I have only one blood test showing my post pct with dosing like that. Of course everyone is different and results may vary as I'm sure you know. As a caveat if I were running a harder product like superdrol or something I would def run the serm the whole pct. as it were I was coming off of an AMS stack which tends to be much milder and I did this for an epi run as well.

PCT DAY 2

So today is Day 2 of PCT... I wasn't really sure going into PCT how I was going to feel... As far as gains are concerned, I have been going strong... Last week was bad in terms of the lethargy sides I was getting from the higher dosage of helladrol... I knew by going at 125 mg for an extra week that there was a chance of that... So I was a little concerned going into PCT because of that... HOWEVER, today was THE BEST I have felt throughout the entire cycle... I had so much energy and my size when I looked in the mirror was f'ng awesome... I had someone at the gym tell me that my shoulders looked like mountains today... I felt the strongest that I have felt since I started the cycle... I mean I was on a whole new level... I have a feeling that is the combination of the ostarine and daa boost... I started my osta dosing at 25 mg yesterday so I will stick with that for now and see how it goes... I am so happy with how I felt and looked today... I was actually up 1 lb to 191 this morning as well... I can definitely see that weight is in my arms and shoulders... I put so much time into planning this PCT out that I feel like it is going to go very well... I was putting up big weight on shoulders today and biceps as well... I started a new workout cycle as well today... Same concept, just mixing different body parts on different days... Its always good to change that up every 4-6 weeks so your body is not adapting to the same thing over and over... I am excited about everything and am pushing even harder than I was on cycle... I am not just trying to "maintain" my gains, I am trying to exceed them and I believe I can and I WILL...

sounds good man glad everything is going well. Keep in mind though that hdrol has a very long half like around 16 - 18 hours. Even though it is day 2 you still have some in your system especially since you ran it at 125 mg for a while and let it build up. When I did my hdrol cycle I felt some drop around day 4 or 5 though it wasnt major that is prob when it all clears from your body...but you have a solid pct im sure you will keep doing well good luck man :thumbsup:

Usually that first week of PCT is pretty much a breeze. The real test comes in week 2 and 3 where you are trying to hold onto muscle while getting your natural test back up. The Ostarine will help you a LOT though bro. Keep killing it! If you drop a few lbs don't sweat it either. Water weight and glycogen stores return to normal after the cycle which usually equals a few lbs ;)
 
thanks bro... i figured it would get a little harder the next few weeks but like you said, the ostarine should definitely help... i was thinking about throwing in another test booster with daa... i really wanted hcgenerate but its out of stock... i do love me some osta though! it tastes absolutely horrible, its like drinking gas, although i dont know what gas tastes like, im assuming it would taste like osta BUT for the good results, i could care less about taste! =)

Man rick you got me worried haha. I hope my gains stay. I'm still making strength gains. But the weight is getting hard to keep. And of course the feeling of being on is gone.
Gonna keep it up though!!
Dylan is killing it so I doubt he will falter. This guy is a machine!

You will be fine bro. You have an extensive PCT and you train like an animal. I have no doubt that your PCT will go well and your gains will stay. You might drop a little weight and strength, but that's normal. You can't be ON unless....well, your ON!! The challenge is to keep most of it and as much as possible!!

I'll just keep killing it like you said bro... Were made for this $hit! =) btw... i got a nice surprise today... an extra bottle of the beast! =) I did decide to go with ultradrol and trenazone for my next cycle though... I'm following your S4 and Osta all the way bro but you know, Im considering adding ghrp-2 and igf 1r3... lets just get crazy up in here!!


You will be fine bro. You have an extensive PCT and you train like an animal. I have no doubt that your PCT will go well and your gains will stay. He's 100% right there. The 2nd and 3thd has always been the deciding factor for me also. But what ive learned from past cycles is to always keep the same intensity and drive as if you were still on and you can keep almost all your gains. Think of yourself as a muscle car and only put in the best fuel and maintanence haha. Good luck fellas
 
Week 2 of PCT

Hey everyone... sorry I didn't get as much logged last week as I wanted to but I was extremely busy... SOOOO, time to talk about PCT... The good and the bad... Most of it is good but as with anything, there is a few things that don't always go perfect but I would have to say, this is going about as good as can be... I'll start with the bad... The only real bad thing with my pct is that I definitely have lost about 3-4 pounds the first week, however that was to be excpected, and I am guessing it was mostly water because my muscles and size still look big... Its crazy to me because my entire life, when I step on the scale, I usually cringe if it moves up... Now, for the first time, I may see it go down and I am fighting to keep it up... It's a weird feeling but good all the same... NOW, on to what's going great!

My energy level is so strong right now... That's a big deal to me... I have a ton of energy and I attribute that to my 25 mg dosings of osta and probably the DAA boost and maybe even the creatine nitrate... Here's my FAVORITE PART of it... MY VASCULARITY IS INSANE... I have pics I am going to post... The vascularity is so awesome... I LOVE IT... My strength has also gone up and that is a very big deal to me... I want my strength to keep going up... I have definitely gotten more shredded and I LOVE IT...

I did play around with a few dosings and have found ones that work for me... I started my Need2Slin dosings at 1 pill spread out three times a day... I changed that around to dosing it twice a day, two pills each time... I eat all throughout the day, but I have two meals that are bigger than others and I dose before those meals and I have noticed a big difference dosing it that way... I think that torem was an excellent choice for me as well... I feel really good with it, no sides, nice rebound... The lean xtreme is definitely doing what it is supposed to... I was considering adding one more test booster to the mix but not sure if I need to...

The S4 is supposed to be here any day so I am preparing for the osta and s4 stack as soon as pct is over... I also am thinking about adding IGF LR3 to the mix... Fck it, lets get crazy!! =)

All in all, everything is going great... I want my strength to keep going up... You can tell that your not on when lifting but I still feel like an animal when I lift... I am going to push harder and harder and keep making more and more progress! I LOVE IT!!
