All Out Sweat really lives up to its name and I think the longer the product is in my system, the more it hits. A person would likely benefit from keeping a small dose in them daily, even on rest days, as Hyde did in his log.

When I take a condensed full size serving preWO the beta alanine slaps, so I really try to be under the barbell before it kicks in. However I have taken a full large shaker of Sweat that I nursed through a whole game of golf and didn't get the tingles, personally.... a person could probably take like a half or 3/4 serving in a thermos of ice water or something to sip throughout the day at work and be fine I'd think...

That would be a good way to try it out. None the less it would be a good taste adder to your water!
