Dual Log, Anabolic Algorithm Stack (sponsored by MAN)

Man, feeling like a lazy ass because I took a rest day today, but it has been an unusual week at work.
I am planning on getting to the gym tomorrow morning and get a full body workout it. I am thinking like 2 exercises per body part, 3 sets per exercise, and like 15-20 reps per set.
I am going to build this workout in Jefit. If I finish making it before I fall asleep, i will post it.

Going to see if there is anyone available to do a BF% measurement for me at the gym. *Might* do 3 sets of dead lifts but I have to be quick. Other than that, I'm trying to rest this weekend.

Great. I didn't make it to the gym today, for many reasons. I just did a 2.5 mile slow jog, and i may do some lifts later. Otherwise I will try once again to get to the gym tomorrow

I really like it! I am going to do Px3 solo to finish off my tub (3-5 days) before I crack open my Gameday. I get crazy energy on it even though its non-stim. BUT, I'm relatively new to PWO's and my tolerance isn't as high as some in here. I will be purchasing another in the future. May use it when I take "stim-breaks".

Ha, yeah, I don't really take breaks unless I get light-headed, and I sip water as I move from one to another. It keeps me off the treadmill. :)

I hit 305x2 in November, and hit 300x1 sometime in February. I hadn't tried during p90x from jan-may... So.. I probably need to train back up to it.

I'm good. I perform well under pressure, for a bit. Then I unravel. I had a tiresome weekend but i am back. Took another off day yesterday, but I am ready to down some Gameday and tear some muscle tissue!

I can honestly say that my joints are doing goo today, but last week MAN my hips were hurting something terrible.
I have been having horrible mood swings, agitated and grumpy as sh!t for no reason or very little provocation.
Sleep has been real good. I generally don't take anything to sleep any more, but I sweat all damn night!! I have to keep a fan on me at all times. Crazy.
 
Yeah I've noticed you've had some AC issues and whatnot. Arizona can be a bissshhh. What's the weight looking at for ya brew?

What are you taking to curb your appetite? I have several cups of barely-steamed-cabbage to chew on but I'm still always hungry. I need to be careful or I will put on bad weight!

All done, heading home now at 02:47 AM. 19 heat casualties during the 12 mile Ruck march. Highest recorded temp was 108. That guy is not doing well at all.
3 others in the 107 range, they too are in bad shape.
This heat at Fort Benning is no joke!

Word. However you want to do it. Personally, I think I prefer doing those two together. I'm always too sore to be 100% on the second of those two exercises. Or, at least a Mon/thur split.

It went great. I did 3 sets of everything and a few extra sets I didn't log of various ab exercises. I was weak on 6-ways and Arnold presses, bug I think that was because all of my core exercises wore my shoulders down.

Yeah, the cross-fitters irritate the heck outta me. Especially when they clog up all the pull-up bars with their trampolines.
