Water and 2 PR-XT @ 0530
I didn't take a Pre-workout this morning because of the chance that we would have a urine screening, with block leave ending yesterday.
2 mile run @ 0715
2 PR-XT with a scoop of Protein
Breakfast was scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, 2 chkn sausage patties, applesauce, blueberries, and grapes. And 2 V-8's
Took pre-workout at 1100, and hit the gym at 1135.
I executed this workout as best I could, PR's across the board. I know I have squatted more than this, but Jefit isn't showing it so this is the new standard. And PR's on the rest because they are totally new!!

As you can see, my squats ended abruptly, I got a sharp pain in my hip joint again (R groin) and I even strained my left inner hammy. Geez.
I stopped before anything got severe so a good stretch and a couple days I will be good.
I enjoyed the new moves, especially the meadows stretchers. I should have done 4 sets on everything, but I mentally talked myself to 3, and I regret it. Gotta get some more motivation.
Lunch- chicken breast and corn/spinach/tomatoes
Lunch 2- hibachi shrimp/veggies/rice
Dinner- protein shake so far, don't think I will eat anymore. We'll see!
