Going to see if there is anyone available to do a BF% measurement for me at the gym. *Might* do 3 sets of dead lifts but I have to be quick. Other than that, I'm trying to rest this weekend.
Great. I didn't make it to the gym today, for many reasons. I just did a 2.5 mile slow jog, and i may do some lifts later. Otherwise I will try once again to get to the gym tomorrow

PumpX3 came through big time on the solo today. I felt energized the whole time and wished I had extra time to do one more round.
Good. Lord. I am hungry. Sitting at 2200 cals right now and will end the day between 32-3400. This weekend I was at 2500'ish and being very active in the yard.

Libido is through the roof, along with hunger. I actually have to stim myself up a bit to control the hunger.
I can honestly say that my joints are doing goo today, but last week MAN my hips were hurting something terrible.
I have been having horrible mood swings, agitated and grumpy as sh!t for no reason or very little provocation.
Sleep has been real good. I generally don't take anything to sleep any more, but I sweat all damn night!! I have to keep a fan on me at all times. Crazy.

I am going to add deads into legs tomorrow, then i will be a day behind. Actually, i am going to stay on point, and make up leg day on Saturday.
Word. However you want to do it. Personally, I think I prefer doing those two together. I'm always too sore to be 100% on the second of those two exercises. Or, at least a Mon/thur split.

I am noticing that my shoulders are starting to get 'tired' from all the various pressing movements in my weekly routine. Might have to change it up. Gotta love the 6 ways and Arnold presses....It went great. I did 3 sets of everything and a few extra sets I didn't log of various ab exercises. I was weak on 6-ways and Arnold presses, bug I think that was because all of my core exercises wore my shoulders down. Yeah, the cross-fitters irritate the heck outta me. Especially when they clog up all the pull-up bars with their trampolines.
