I agree six ways are great, my new favorite shoulder exercise. So your taking your first pr-xt pre w/o on an empty stomach, second with post w/o shake and third with a meal later in the day, is that correct?
Yeah, that is the only way I can do it, no way I am getting up early enough to eat, digest, then take my pre-workout. I do add some bcaa's to my Pre, so the PR-XT has something going down with it.
Yes. Having a cup or two of coffee now with about two TBSP milk in the first cup, then 10g BCAA's go down in the first 10 min's I hit the gym.
Drew and I played around with Intermittent Fasting a couple months ago. I found it wasn't for me, but training fasted upped my game to the next level, I believe. Especially doing it this early.
