I agree six ways are great, my new favorite shoulder exercise. So your taking your first pr-xt pre w/o on an empty stomach, second with post w/o shake and third with a meal later in the day, is that correct?


Yeah, that is the only way I can do it, no way I am getting up early enough to eat, digest, then take my pre-workout. I do add some bcaa's to my Pre, so the PR-XT has something going down with it.

Yes. Having a cup or two of coffee now with about two TBSP milk in the first cup, then 10g BCAA's go down in the first 10 min's I hit the gym.

Drew and I played around with Intermittent Fasting a couple months ago. I found it wasn't for me, but training fasted upped my game to the next level, I believe. Especially doing it this early.
 
Feelin' some DOM's in my rear delts. I don't know if I have ever felt them like this there. I'll take it. It's another area I semi-neglected over the years.
 
There are plenty of other things to do anyway. I'm trying as many new things as possible because I went years doing the SAME exercises and seeing no results. Imagine that.

Get that knot taken care of! I hope I get my massage in ten minutes. They cancelled me Saturday.

I went for a deep tissue 2 weeks ago, and the chick I had was weaksauce. I'll be going again in a few weeks, just trying to spread it out a bit so I don't feel I wasted my money last time..... :hitwithrock:
Fasted training/PRxt: Most try a form of IF at one point or another, and many drop it (it's not a magical diet, honestly) -- and actually do what you did in keeping fasted training. I used to be a late night trainer, but IF had me training in the early morning and loved it, especially since GameDay hits harder and longer when fasted! :cool:

Also, the empty stomach dosing is plenty fine.

My massage was so-so. I need more work done than what she did in an hour. But, free.

I enjoyed IF, except that it made me very irritable and it appeared to have enhanced my allergies, causing me to get headaches whenever I trained.

I'm about a week out from cracking open the GameDay.

NOTEs:
a) I didn't sprint today because I have major pain in my left hamstring where it meets the glute. The massage therapist drive her knee deep! She also said I don't stretch enough. :(
I thought I was stretching A LOT

b) One arm rows are recording plates only. I have no clue how much of the 45# bar is actually used.

c) After the final set I did 5 BTH pull-ups, 0 weight, right before yoga stretches.

d) It shows so many pull-up sets because I drop weight as I can't complete a full rep all the way through BW.

Slide them in right after something heavy.. like a lat pulldown. The stretch will blow you away.

I probably should do pull downs. I've been doing weighted pull-ups for a long time now....
 
assuming the indoor fan is working correctly you have a refrigerant leak, the indoor coil is probably freezing and thawing into the 2ndary pan or the indoor coil is completely frozen.....best thing is to turn system off and get someone out

I pushed, but here lately I feel like I am holding back a little too much. I think I am fearing this tendon getting bad and putting me out! Had to bag the reverse grips and sub in the close grip ez curls. I couldn't even do 10 pounds reverse, something about that anatomical position. Suks

No!!!! There was no cool spot! I had to move to a different bed or spot 3 times because I was soaking the sheets!
Also, i was super dehydrated this morning and my PSG wanted to do a 5 mile run. For those that don't know, this area in southern Alabama/Georgia get humid as sh!t and hot. I think I sweat out all I had left to give, but I pushed harder than I should have. We only did 3.5 miles too because everyone was kinda suckin a bit.
 
A big long run when your dehydrated should be a no go... but I realize you don't exactly have a choice.

Hope your get your AC fixed today bro

Thanks to the wife for making a whole crockpot of this, so I can et it for a few days.
But..., i ate it am hour ago and I am hungry again!

I will push my workouts to the right, so as not to skip.
The HVAC guy was a tad late, but he said he fixed the issue (freon) and we should be good. I can't drive onto post right now cause I don't wanna, and I don't have my fathers day present yet, olympic weights and bar (i hope) so doing the workouts at home ain't gonna happen.
Maybe I will do a shoulders an triceps workout today with what I have, and do today's tomorrow an be caught up! RegisterJr. What do you think bro?

I want to do something on Saturday... Can't do back because we're doing it Monday w/ Squats. Chest MAY have Doms Saturday, and even if not you're doing chest tomorrow. How about Biceps/Triceps/Core Saturday? You don't have to, just a suggestion. I also want to try two scoops SpeedX3 on a weekend. :D

I skipped dinner AND forgot my intranet BCAA's. I just didn't have the mmph today.

b) OH! I did do two sets of ladder push-ups. 4 levels each set, to failure. I didn't count but I got a great pump from it. Thanks wasme! Lemme know if you have more!
