DTH two weeks in.

Well I have been taking DTH for a little over two weeks now and I wanted to give yall me experience so far with the product. This is the first time I have used DTH and I am glad I chose it. Dosing-right now I taking 1 when I wake up about 20 mins b4 breakfast and then 1- 30 mins after pre workout drink and then 1 when I get to the gym. I am still kinda playing with the dosage, but for now this is working for me (dosing suggestions welcome.) Once I place my ear buds in my ear and turn my IPOD on the game has begun. My workouts are really intense more then I have ever experienced. Not only am I ripping through sets I am pushing out that 1 or 2 reps more. A guy asked me today what I was taking and I told him. He said he could def. see a change in my workout behavior. I like this stuff a lot my pumps and focus in the gym are great. Like today while doing curls I wanted to break the bar in my hand. I have gone up in weight alittle, but I see some good gains in the future. After I workout I feel great all day I don’t seem to deflate after I get home from the gym. Oh yea and my libido......Thank you Diesel Nutrition.

I must be a non responder cause any kind of dosing did NOTHING for me. Glad to hear it's working for you though.
 
your dosing for test boosters is the same as mine :)

i don't see the point of boosting test, unless you're dosing it upon waking (to get your energy/test up), and before the gym, so you can lift more weight. it does me no good dosing a test booster after i've worked out, since it doesn't translate to lifting more.... if you're not lifting more, whats the point? cheers.

Pretty sure test manipulates muscle growth, among other functions, 24 hrs a day. Do you think test only functions in the morning and while you work out?

Boosting Test on off days will help with recovery a lot. My recovery always speeds up when I get on DTH.

Hey bud, just saw this. I'm not arguing with you, just thought having higher test throughout would be beneficial, among other things during workout time. I'm wondering if you could enlighten me on the logic, I'm always eager to learn. I understand everyone has their reasons. Thanks!!

I see your point, but keeping test levels stable throughout the day is very important for muscle building. Remember you grow when you are at rest, not when u are training ;)

no, but if i lift more dosing my test booster this way, i grow more. its basic math - 2 more reps of bench = lifting 500 more pounds for the workout. regardless of other times it helps me grow, i'd rather lift more, and grow that way.... at least, that's how i like to do it.

don't i know it. boosting test that way gives me a benchmark of how "noticeable" the test booster is, other than "i felt great".

Thats 4/day of the 240ct correct? Glad your responding well 2 it.
 
3/day with the 240ct. Do u think I should up it to 4?
u can, 3 a day is like 1.5 tabs of the 240ct. I run the 240's at 3 on non-workout days and 4 on workout days

3 a day of the 240 count is like 1.5 of the 120 count DTH. So you would need to take 6 of the 240 count to equal 3 of te old 120 count.
