Hey guys, this is my first post after lurking around for a while. This is a great site, kudos to the admins and mods.
I'm 36, 2 kids, physically/mentally demanding job, 230lbs @ 18% or so. I'm finding it harder and harder to keep my BF levels in check, mainly due to stress and age I would imagine. Every year for the past 2 or 3 I've seen an increase in fat stores while other factors (diet, cardio, etc) have been consistant. I considered diving into the PH pool, but I compete in drug tested federations and I don't want to cheat by using banned substances and cycling them to pass a drug test. I don't care if others do it, that's not how I want to compete.
I've been reading alot on here about DTH, possibly stacked with sunami. Would this be an effective tool for me in my situation to help with recomp and possibly see some strength gains (although I'm really more concerned with recomp) without breaking any rules? Would the increased testosterone levels give me a positive test if I was chosen for a random at a meet or is it not that noticable?
Thanks in advance, keep up the good work!
