jp8 is good atm i have lemonade as well but i dont like using it too much. i makes me feel funny. i dont think i respond do the creatine too well. atm i use grape cuz i seem to get better pumps when i dont get that dizzy feeling. i tried mizing JP8 and WF... didnt work too well i got really pump then dizzy while i was working out and had to pee a ton of times cuz i thought i wasnt drinking enough water. i donno tho =/ i usualy just use one of the other depending on the day and that usually goes well. yay i wrote a blog. so yes or no on the 18 DTH and what should i expect?
