DTH and Depression

I have severe depression and adhd. I just started taking DTH stand alone 3 days ago. started at 2 day 1 and then 4 the next 2 days. I was wondering if i shud stop and wait until i can feel better about going to the gym. I still go to the gym 6 days a week but I am not feeling anything yet. Should I just do 6 caps a day? I am 5'8 140 maybe 145 havent weighed myself in a month.
 
Be patient, keep taking DTH, and keep going to the gym. I would not jump to 6 a day. You need to give it some time man. It's only been 3 days and you can't expect to see/feel real results overnight.
 
ya i know that. i was just wondering if i shud hold off. or continue taking the supp to help me get motivated again. how long till i shud go to 6 a day?
 
I will just tell you right now I have had some issues with depression off and on the last few years. Taking DTH or the original DT 2010 always made the depression much easier to deal with for me. Give it some time, but I would think after about 10-14 days you should start seeing a difference.

Since my back REALLY hurt me this year I have had little motivation to go to the gym, but DTH helped me be much more motivated in that department.

If I dose DTH too high I get lethargy and dont notice much effect anymore mood/libido wise. If I were you I would drop to 3 a day for a week, then go to 4 and see if it's better or worse, if better maybe consider upping to 5 after another week. I dont know why people dont follow label instructions, it says take 2 tabs a day for 5 days..
 
I think Sunami might be a bit better for you right now. It has a lot of people feeling better, although depression is a very complex beast. Also perhaps look into some nootropics, I have seen lots of products like this added to the site lately ( Invalid Link Removed and Invalid Link Removed

I would stay at 2 am, and 1 mid day for at least a week or 10 days then go to 4/day if need be, not many people take over 4 DTH tabs a day.
