This is what i have so far. How many grams should i take of each?

L-Tyrosine
Acetyl L-Carnitine
Creatine Gluconate
N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC)
Taurine Powder

Anything else i should add to this or delete before putting the order through. I posted in the supplement section regarding pre-workout concoction and you had responded, so i wanted to know what you thought of what i'm ordering and dosages.
 
You already asked thin in another thread right?
We have the same discussion in another thread (the 3rd one) and all the dosage are listed there.

Preworkout:

Tyrosine - 1-1.5 grams
ALCAR - 2 grams
CreaGluc - 5 grams
NAC - 1-1.5 grams
Taurine 3-4 grams
 
Beta-Alanine and Leucine are both great pre-/during workout additions.

Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate or Arginine Ethyl Ester would both be good for NO boosting.
