Dropping BF on PCT from M-Drol

I just want to get some input on how to adjust my diet and training as I try to maintain muscle mass and drop some fat on PCT. I am not doing contest prep, but would just like to drop bodyfat percentage down to the single digits. I am in the Military and thus can not afford to carry around alot of fat as we must maintain a certain bodyfat percentage no matter what. Right now I am about 230, I've posted some pics to show where I am at. I am not "fat", but like I said, I just want to take my BF down some as now I feel I have a good base to start with.

My thoughts on dropping BF are this....

-Take carb cutoff to begin around Noon. Keeping carbs the same through out the morning and lunch, but after that, only trace carbs from veggies and such. Would this be better at maintaining Muscle Mass then say the Keto Diet? This is my biggest question. I had great results from keto, but not sure that I will maintain all the hard earned muscle I've been working for.
-Adding cardio. Not sure how much to add here.
-I will be taking E/C/A. Possible not the A however.
-Training will stay the same on the two way split (Doggcrapp). I might take the RP from 11-15 to say 15-20.

How does that look? Please comment and throw advise in as you see necessary.

Thanks,
Jeff

Also: As a side note, I gain BF very easily with carbs. VERY.

here's the thing i've learned about dieting, what works for me took me years to figure out, trial and error for years. i will say not to diet for at least a month (more would be better) after PCT is complete. you need to eat and stay above maintenance for a little while to keep those gains. now i can say that i'm like you in respect to the carb thing and put on fat easy when i eat to many. i have been doing ckd for 3 weeks now and am seeing good results. i feel that the 36 hour carb load i give myself preserves my muscle and with lifting on the other days as a help too. you'll surely have a lot of responces suggesting you do this and that but in the end you're going to have to find out what works for you......

If your wanting to drop your body fat percentage down to the single digits your going to have to add in alot more cardio atleast 4 times a week , isnt the doggcrap workout more of a bulking routine..

You can cut on DC just fine.... Noon is a VERY early carb cutoff though. DC suggests FASTED morning cardio at a low intensity ~45minutes a day. RP targets are right on target with what dante recommends

E/C stack will be effective, I'd add green tea as well.
