I just want to get some input on how to adjust my diet and training as I try to maintain muscle mass and drop some fat on PCT. I am not doing contest prep, but would just like to drop bodyfat percentage down to the single digits. I am in the Military and thus can not afford to carry around alot of fat as we must maintain a certain bodyfat percentage no matter what. Right now I am about 230, I've posted some pics to show where I am at. I am not "fat", but like I said, I just want to take my BF down some as now I feel I have a good base to start with.
My thoughts on dropping BF are this....
-Take carb cutoff to begin around Noon. Keeping carbs the same through out the morning and lunch, but after that, only trace carbs from veggies and such. Would this be better at maintaining Muscle Mass then say the Keto Diet? This is my biggest question. I had great results from keto, but not sure that I will maintain all the hard earned muscle I've been working for.
-Adding cardio. Not sure how much to add here.
-I will be taking E/C/A. Possible not the A however.
-Training will stay the same on the two way split (Doggcrapp). I might take the RP from 11-15 to say 15-20.
How does that look? Please comment and throw advise in as you see necessary.
Thanks,
Jeff
Also: As a side note, I gain BF very easily with carbs. VERY.
