I need to learn more about PCT before I run anything else... I had this uneducated idea that I would be able to get back on the weights easily, etc... But it's been a bitch...motivation has been down along w my appetite.

Yeh the down side is a killer. PCT is rough. But it goes by quick. I felt like a complete b#tch. Dude. I would get all teary eye driving to work listening to Molly sirus

what week of PCT is it dude?Honestly I wouldn't recommend doing that during PCT if you want to keep your gains.Get yourself to a gym and eat a lot or you may have just had a very expensive 6 weeks of joy.

Dude I lost. Y gains when I had to go home for personal reasons. I've chocked this cycle up to a loss... I'm not moving home to the US from Europe without doing some traveling.

Gotta live a little...and I'm in week 4 of pct

Yeah, if I told my wife we had to cancel seeing 5 to 6 countries in two weeks (and 5 of those days are laying on the beach in the costa del sol) because I was trying to save weight, she would laugh and go by herself. She is a marathon runner and had to put training on pause to go also...and that ****s harder than lifting anyway.

I learned a TON this cycle so even though I'm only up 3 lbs a month into PCT, I learned how serious methyls really are, how to find legit sources for SERMs, how to set up a proper PCT ( which I thought I knew but I know a lot more now )...

I'm chalking this first cycle up as a win in the knowledge dept.

Thinking of running an Androhard cycle sometime. Eight weeks AH/maybe for AL

Prolonged use of benadryl has been proven to cause impotency. Just FYI because I like yah Harry.

Whoa dude I just read this somehow I missed it. That is not good, so I guess same goes for any sleeping pills w the same ingredient. Dammit what do you suggest?

For something to help you sleep I've had great success with both ZMA and Melatonin, the latter of which I think is much better(less groggy).

Best thing I've found supplement wise was 3Z and dont work out within two hours of bed helps....

How's PCT going Harry? No man boobs right?

Cheers! Looking like maybe a low dose SD with Androhard... Want to go low dose so I can keep the gains easier... Doing some more research before I even start buying anything and I'm going to use pharmagrade Nolva I found on a steroid site...

Anyone ever use Primordial TRS? It looks legit. Obv not a full PCT but I like the idea of Toco-8 and a topical AI...

Indeed, still nursing an injury but I'm gaining ground! Was a bit underwhelmed with my Helladrol run. I ended up losing some fat but didn't get near the results I expected. Next cycle I'm thinking I want to do another SD run with maybe some Delta-2.

I was picked for the USP test powder contest so I'll be logging that up soon! BTW your backpacking expedition sounds glorious! I'm jealous!

As long as the site doesn't begin with nap's and end with gear you should be fine.Never buy from them .It's all complete bunk.

Sup Driz yes no boobs yet, thank god...today is actually only 2 weeks after my last pin so started nolva 20 today:)

Thanks for the heads up again about the benadryl thing, I looked it up and I just can't tell if it's more of an immediate thing (in which case I can see that a little e.g. takes longer to take care of business etc.) or a cumulative effect, which is really what I'd be worried about being a long term user for sleep. Anyway still have to read and catch up on your thread so won't ask yet how yours is goin...

Can't agree more but if you can rock some pushups and pull-ups that can help a lot, plus if you're hardcore (I wouldn't do any of these if I went on a trip like yours which looks amazing) body weight squats e.g. 200 reps is a kick-ass workout. Food yeah esp on a backpacking trip you can only take so much stuff w you, but I think you'll be good just enjoy brother and just focus on getting enough protein and having fun:)

Hells yeah. I can make gains later... Gotta live it up! Just sucks I can't smoke weed or do shrooms in Amsterdam.

If you've just finished PCT when you get back I'd wait a while to run another cycle man.Wait a couple of months and get bloods done to see if your fully recovered.I know it's easy to want to jump right back on but we have to be smart about this.Longevity is what we're looking for here.

Good call on waiting bro. A good rule of thumb is time off equals time on plus PCT. I usually do even longer then that to be honest. Two cycles a year is all I recommend.
