Sorry to change the subject, well kinda, but anyone heard of TOUGH MUDDER? I'm going to try to do one soon and it's for a good cause.

Guys sorry this log has slowed down. I flew back to the States for some personal reasons and I've been really busy. However, got back in the gym the last two days. Nutrition hasn't been on key but I'm still 194-195 daily. Actually, I think the Katanadrol is kicking in because I'm starting to lean out.

Everyone I see in my hometown comments on how big I've gotten. My Grandma asked me if I was on those steroid things. lol.

So far, I've hit shoulders and Chest since I've been home. I was surprised that I didn't get any pain in my shoulders. I think the two weeks off from them helped a lot. Did some traps also.

The only good thing I have to note is I put up 80 lb dumbbells on incline for 10 reps easy and 100 lbs dumbbells for 8 on flat bench.

Prob legs today and then off to a water-park with my little brother tomorrow.
 
Killin it! And the rest probably did wonders for u. I know when I take a break I feel like a machine when I get back.
 
It's hard for me to get into the groove when I break. I wish I weren't home at this point in time because I was on such a roll. Oh well.... I will hit it hard again when I get back to England. I am still the same weight and actually feel like I'm leaning a small bit.

Went to my new gym that I will be going to when I move. It's amazing...great free weights area. Only draw back is no standing calf raise machine and dumbbells only go up to 100lbs. Talked to guy who worked there and he said insurance for the place doubles if they go over 100 lbs dumbbells..weird.

Good upper back today. Rested on deads. I have been having some light back pain from the past injury so I decided to give it a rest and I hope it will work wonders for me.

I really don't like taking full breaks from working out.I take a deload week every few months and if I'm feelign the effects I sually schedule my last workout before 2 days rest to be a deload workout so I get a good 2ish days rest.I love lifting but 5 times a week is the max I can lift.3-4 seems to be the sweet spot.
 
To me nothing is better then a full week of absolutely nothing. When I finally get back in there my little nagging injuries are gona and I feel like I'm 120%

I used to lose motivation when I took that much time off...but not now. I get the itch like day two. Once you lose that body pump it's like WTF.

Luckily I met some meat-heads in the gym today...the new gym I'm going to and they are big into body building so I'm going to start working out with them when I end up moving home for good. One was cut as fu.k and he said he would help me with my conditioning. He is an exercise science major too.
 
I am going to change my major to excersie science or nutrition to be a dietitian. I realized that life isn't about money its about being happy. i'm going to stop looking at the pay grade for careers.

That's how I was and am. I was kinda fed the silver spoon growing up but the economy made my parents lose everything. gave me a new perspective on things. I just want a job that will allow me to save for a gym. I'll be your business partner lol.

quick question though. I was roughly 10.5 percent bf but my diet has been kinda iffy lately and have been skipping on cardio I shot to 11.7......should i wait to take my epi tren stack because my goal is to cut and i did not want to start until I was 9 or 8 percent....weird thing is I've lost weight. I was sick for 5 days though

Man, I am no expert but I would say you should be good. Since bumping up the katanadrol I've started leaning out. Since I've been out of town and in the states my nutrition has dropped but I still look fairly lean. I have dropped to 191-193 though but looking a bit leaner which is nice. If your goal is to cut then start it and start your correct diet and I bet you will see results fast. If you are a respond to Epi and tren you will see results fast.

I just moved to san diego from tucson arizona in january but I'm moving to miami in August. The school said my credits would transfer but No they didn't so the move out here was pointless. I'm moving to miami to be close to family and if I'm going to have to start my credits all over I might as well be where I want to be.

thats what I'm doing. hopefully moving at the end of beach season. It's just humid and i'm from the west coast so im not use to it

The cycle isn't long...just 6-8 weeks. I'm starting PCT once I get back to England (all my PCT supps are there) That's Saturday.. So April 24-June 10.
 
Sorry about slow updates.. Two days of no gym and I'm dying. I hate this busy schedule especially on cycle... It doesn't help that the gym isnt ope. Very late and I'm busy all day with personal things,,
 
Hit the gym today...full body to get a good pump since I'm Vegas. Going to hit everyday until I get back and start PCT.

What does everyone recommend for PCT in regards to workout plans?
 
I lift the same but drop the reps a tad and up the weight. I think the most important part is diet so I'd up the calories and protein more. maybe add some creatine mono
 
I took danger Dave's advice. A few days off and eased back into it. Point is no Nat test production so u don't waint to over do it.

Its going well. I'm kinda slacking due to unplanned trip back to States.

PCT training.

Drop volume and start a routine that you feel you'll be able to recover from.

I know people say do 3 day split focused around compounds but I like to use low volume 5 day splits with no cardio and a lot of wholesome kcal.
 
Looks can be deceiving...I'm still no where near where I want to be. Trying to bulk up...I'd like to hit 200 and then start cutting. Looking to compete next year.

Anyways day two of Havoc... Nothing big to not except a massive increase in appetite. I have to contribute this to something outside because I've been kind of sick this week and eating has been difficult. I've had like zero desire to eat this week but today I was constantly starving and snacking on all the food I took to work. By snacking I mean: 6 oz chicken breast, 2 cups roast potatoes, 6 oz Porterhouse Steak, three rice cakes, 1 full serving of IDS Smart Gainer broken up into two seperate shakes, ... for Breakfast I had 4 eggs, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 cup oatmeal and a protein shake...

Question: Has anyone ever taken Beta-Alanine? Yesterday was the first day I've taken it so I'm not familiar with the "effects"...I took 5g like I researched you should and I got all tingly and itchy like you do off of Niacin...Is this normal or should I contact the powder source I bought it off of? I was like all red and itchy...Maybe I'm allergic to it?

Shoulders, traps and forearms workout today. Felt very lethargic (due to illness) but I am going to the gym in the AM to do bis tris and maybe some extra deadlifts since I slacked this Tuesday and only did 6 sets...I'm not even sore from my back workout so I'm probably going to hit some lats too. Oh, and I'm going to sit in the sauna for thirty minutes and try to sweat the sickness out. Not really a medical diagnosis but what the hell, it's worked in the past.

I never realized how reliant I had become on a PWO. Now I'm just taking one cap before workout (how long should I take before my workout?) I'm just taking a IntraWorkout BCAA 8:1:1 from Nutraplanet mixed with Taurine and Creatine... I've got like 500G of both so I figure why not make use.

Bis and Tris tomorrow. Going to try and hit some heavy weights with good contractions tomorrow. One of my goals on this cycle is to bring up my LACKING arms and gain some vascularity... I'm pretty flat for only having 11% BF so I need to work on this.

Hopefully I start feeling better and can give you guys something good to read! Until then...

little late but im in on this. beta alanine will make you tingly and feel flush i personally like it but 5mgs is a large dose 3.2 is optimal dosing i believe. the tingling sensation should subside in a week or so but you can split your doses up throughout the day no need to take all at once i personally take 2mg pre 2mg post.
 
Change of plans... I'm finished running havoc but I'm going to finish the katanadrol bottle at 400mg a day since I have some left. Should be like 5 days left... Going to try and maximise the next week since I'm back to normal schedule at what not. Sitting at 192 right now. 9 lb gain even with two bad weeks.

Great run Drizzie! My run with Helladrol didn't go as well as your run on havoc! I was on a recomp but after 6 weeks I didn't put on any weight. I most certainly dropped a bunch of fat though. I can't complain though! I'm going to be logging USP's Test Powder in the upcoming weeks soon. I'll shoot ya the link when the goods arrive!

I definitely won a chance to log AlphaT2 right before I started this cycle but by the time they announced the list I thought I had lost and started the cycle and was three days in and already loving it...
 
He's gotta be looking beastly! Looked like he was solid as a tank in his last update!

Then I went back to the States for some personal reasons and was only able to hit the gym every day or two...however, the Katandrol worked wonders and I kept my diet fairly clean and actually recomp'd a bit only hitting the gym sparatically... I'm satisfied to say at high doses Kdrol is good ****..just expensive. Havoc/Katana kept my weight at 191 (from 194) with only hitting the gym 5 times in 15 days... satisfied.


I'll post some pics during/after PCT.

Counted out my Katanadrol..I'm a retard. I had enough for two days... so PCT starting right now...just dosed my first dose of Torem.

Be careful lifting that heavy on the first week of the PCT bro! Don't hurt yourself! Maybe I'm overly cautious but I lift like a 12 year old girl for the first week! Either way you are kicking tail! Keep it up!
 
I don't feel like PCT is going to be too bad. Im not even sore today... Thing is, that may have been heavy for some, but that was a short light workout compared to what I'm used to...
