Havoc Day 14::Katanadrol Day 1::

Back Day

Regardless of the lethargy I felt, I still hit a PR for the day...

Deads
135x10, 225x6, 315x4, 405x1, 420x1(PR)...PR seemed pretty easy. Workout partner said my form suffered at that high of weight but it wasn't anything too bad (bad enough to cause a potential injury or anything) He just said it's not as strict as usual. He is a form nazi when watching other people though.

Pull ups
This is where I felt very lethargic. Normally we do 50+ pull ups over various sets but I only did 25 and moved on because it was so wore out.

Lat Pull downs (In front and behind the back)
Nothing worth noting except I did 200x4 in the front which is another PR.
Behind the back I went very light for me and focused on really contracting the muscles and getting full work of the lats. I don't like to do so much weight that I cheap with my biceps.

T-Bar Rows
90+barX12, 135x6,6,6,6 160x4,4

Lawn mower pulls
85x10, 100x8, 130x4, 85x8

Lat pull over machine
Ouch...

Closed out the back workout with a back machine light weight high reps

Yesterday (which I tried to update)...

Shoulders

Another PR on dumbbell presses... put up 100s for 4(?) reps. Could go deeper but cut me some slack...

Raises are giving me some problems. I'm starting to have joint pain...especially in the mornings when I wake up. I pop and crack like a 80 year old man... Going to up the dose of Super CissusRX and Fish Oil.

Questions:

When dosing Katanadrol2.0 it says 3-5 daily spread out over the day... I'm doing 5 caps right now (thinking about buying another bottle and running it higher for longer)... I'm dosing the first one 1 hour after my first dose of Havoc (-3 hrs from support sups) then 1 hour after support sups (-1 hr from workout) then post work out (+3 hrs later) and then the last before bed... Since Havoc isn't methylated it won't interfere with my support supps correct? So in theory if I dose my support sups within a couple of hours of my KDrol it won't effect it will it? Trying to figure out the best way to dose this...no one really talks about it in logs...I've even searched Furazadrol logs...

Positive sides
Sick strength gains starting to show.
Along with aggression
Starting to lean out
People are complimenting that I'm getting bigger
Pumps on arms day, shoulders day and legs day are awesome...never experienced good pumps before

Negative Sides
Some lethargy throughout the day. I'm used to running on <7 hours of sleep but still feeling really tired during the day
Joint Pain in shoulders, hands, knuckles, and elbows...nothing unbearable and it gets better during the day until I hit the gym...
Oily skin and small acne spots (I'm prone to minor acne but I always get acne in the same spots...these spots are different than usual) Tanning is helping...
 
Nice bro. Katanadrol 2.0 made me feel weird so I stopped it, although so far I'm the only one that I know of. Sort of a cracked out, not feeling good feeling. Most say it's good and supposedly good for cutting up tho...

Re: competing, I think that's the way to do it is just get started. I've never thought about actually competing, but I've heard it really drives you to go all out so what the hell why not man?

Hey, how long ago did you run Katanadrol? I found some threads talking about the Axis Labs version was contaminated with caffeine... pretty crazy **** because everyone was complaining of the cracked out feeling... I read them right after I took my first dose (<30 mins before bed) and I got it in my head that I was getting cracked out too..lol but then I was thinking "this **** is all in my head" and I went right to sleep.
 
starting kat next monday... i'm doing great in the gym... (limited spotters) I feel like I want to try and step it up though we'll see. Just about at 180lbs and putting up 90's on flat pretty easy unspotted; needa go for reps tho.

Hit 420 dead today pretty easily.. You know that's a big thing for me... 405 was my kryptonite for so long.... What dose of katanadrol are you using? I'm thinking about buying another bottle and running it higher and longer since it's such a side friendly compound.

I don't think anyone else is following this...lol

8-10 sets of preacher curls...I lost count
Preacher curls are great. I always start the workout with preacher curls. Today, I carb loaded at lunch (2 plates of pasta with white sauce and 1 plate of pasta carbonara with ham) so my pumps were through the roof. I've never experienced bicep pumps to this degree...After my fourth set of preacher curls I had to stop for 5 mins to be able to flex my arms and do full reps. I loved it!

Incline DB Curls
5 sets 25x8, 25x8, 25x8, 30x6, 30x6

Cable Hammer Curls
5 sets

Triceps

120 dips 40+ weighted with 50lb DB

Skull Crushers
5 sets

Cable rope tricep extensions
5 sets

On paper this workout doesn't look very legit but I literally hit every set to failure or near failure...The pump was killer and my triceps are still hard and my biceps are still full of blood (Gym was two hours ago)...

I'd have to say I'm loving this so far. I am thinking about upping the dose of Havoc to 50mg if I don't see any sides this week... So run it like this...

30/40/50/50/50/50... Unless anyone has anything that says I shouldn't do this? Anyone seen any logs where people have had bad sides at 50mg? I'm yet to find any really?

Dude, I was looking at your companies site... What's the reviews on your protein flavors? Especially Cake Batter? Do you have any samples you could throw my whey (get it get it I said "whey" instead of "way" because it's "whey" protein)... I just bought a bag of the Whey2BuildMuscle by N2BM and that **** sucks. Worst protein I've ever tasted... the **** tastes like the chalk they make you drink for an upper GI.

Love how pumped you got today man! Welcome to the world of anabolics! Believe me when you are off you will be searching for ANYTHING to get you that pump you felt today.... Great update, this is when it really kicks in!

I tell you what...I feel normal and not like I've gained much but every time I have a different workout partner or somebody joins the workout they are like wtf happened to you... People keep saying I've gotten bigger and I'm leaning out and I'm stronger but to me it's not enough so I keep pushing myself harder... Today was legit because I literally watched my arms grow...

Yeah... You can. After 315 my lifts jumped up quickly...naturally. I hit 415 naturally but on average I was lifting 395 no problem. If you hit a wall, tried lifting racked deads off a power rack...it will help strengthen your back and give your legs some rest...I have strong legs so that initial lift off is no problem for me.

That's why most of my pulls fail.

If I pull over 315 I bitch out and use straps...working on my grip but I'm not competing.

It's awesome! With any luck I'll hit 180 by the end of my cycle. I've already gained five pounds just in week one though so I could see it happening fairly easily.

Quadzillas and Hammies + some Cows

Squats

135x15, 225x10, 225x10, then it began... 275x11, 315x12, 365x8, 405x4, 405x5....Then I forget what else I did... but there was more (just less weight) This is PR for me... I've never tried over 395 and last week 395 was too heavy for me to go deep. I went deep on at least half of those 405 reps and nearly 90 on a few of the first reps because I was unsure of how low I could go... but I did it.

Leg Press

4PlatesX10, 10, 10 5PlatesX8,8 3PlatesX12, 10

Straight Leg Deads (my legs were dead already)
Who knows ... 135 and 185 were the weights.. unsure on reps.

Wowsers...today was the ****. Sore already but I'm sure that won't last because recovery has been amazing as of late.
 
Todays Weight: 190 lbs... Still feel like I'm leaning out. People keep telling me I'm big and accusing me of being on 'roids in the gym... lol

You can definitely use this compound for a lean bulk or cut phase... shiz is legit.

Heres some extra motivation for you... I hit 445 on deadlift today without too much problem (i did feel like i was arching a tiny bit but pretty clean overall)(135,225,315,405,425,445)

Gotta catch up bruv!
Anyways nice gains I wish I anywhere close to where you were for legs.. I chicken out above 2 Plates..

Nice deads man! Impressed. For squats just do them on a safety rack and after you fail a few times and the rack catches you its not as scary. Had like a month of working out alone and still pushed hard on squats, got pretty used to it.

Yeah...I feel better with DHEA... Libido has actually increased TBH... Lethargy isn't unbearable but I am more tired than usual...just require extra sleep lately.
