Driven by anger

Yesterday and today were full body mixed split sessions. Yesterday upper body and cardio. Today lower body and carries. Gonna focus on mobility work tomorrow then back to my regular schedule. I'm gonna stay on pace till next month then prolly switch it up to a 5x5 routine
 
Today was shoulders. Did some mobility. Then picked up stuff. Then put stuff down. Now I'm having breakfast

He went to Alaska for work for several months. He just returned home and came home to damage from the hurricane. He may be back after that's fixed...
 
I've been back in the gym pretty consistently for about 2 months. I've missed days here and there but have been pretty dedicated. I havent lifted anything "heavy" since I've been back at it. This is the longest I've gone with a gym return without injury. But today I just felt like it was time. So after a pretty rigorous session I did some heavy shrugs. I did pyramids all the up to 2x3@405 then back down. So far so good as far as back or shoulder pain but time and the day will tell. Pretty stoked nonetheless

I've always been really strong with shrugs. And any time a can say I moved 405 I'll take it. But I have no real reason. Traps are prolly my fav thing to work. Some days I just like doing a shyt ton of weight opposed to volume.

I'm not sure how the Florida school system ranks but 50/50 doesn't equal 75

I thought you were going to dial it in to 75% junk. That's the way I read it anyway.
