I would say 3 & 3hi, i got my rpm/drive sample couple weeks ago and i was very impressed. not only did it improve my workouts but took the drive dose in morning before work and def felt the endurance. made work much easier. i wanted some incite on what would be an effective dose chart for me? im 5'6, 150 lb 10%bf.

i was thinking 2 drive upon waking, then 1 drive, 3 rpm preworkout. would that be effective?

I just bought Drive and had a question. I downloaded the pdf file of the label and it says up to 200 pounds take 4 caps a day, but the label on the bottle I bought says 3/3 for a total of 6. Which one is right?
Also, my first meal of the day 4 out of 5 days I train is my preworkout meal. Since one dose is supposed to be taken upon wakening and then 1 hour preworkout, how would I do this and still be able to get my meal in? Would I just wake up take Drive, 30 minutes ater eat, then 30 minutes later go to the gym?
Look at the LABEL (I have put dosing instructions below).
Drive Dosing/Timing for AntM1564 (you also follow this on non-gym days):
Dose 1 - 3 caps first thing in the morning/60-80 min pre-gym
Dose 2 - 3 caps 6-8 hours later
In your case, have your first dose first thing, and then wait 30-45 minutes (closer to 45 minutes, if you can) before your pre-workout meal (preferably something light), and then wait another 30 minutes before going to the gym. This will give the Drive ~75-80 minutes from dosing to training, which is about the time it takes to kick in.
