I am going to play devil's advocate here :)

Smoking = BAD

Smokeless Tobacco in any form = smelly and un attractive from a females POV, but ultimately not very bad for you. There are Caveats however.

1. Brush your damn teeth and floss and use mouthwash every day. You will get cancer in your mouth if you do not.

2. Take a break sometime. You don't have to have a dip in your lip 24 hours a day.

3. Try to find somewhere that sells dip imported from the Scanidnavian countries (sweden, norway, denmark, finland)

There are all kinds of studies showing smokeless tobacco is not a health risk, mainly in Europe and out of the scandinavian countries. Because of snus (what they call dip) those countries have some of the lowest lung cancer rates in the world, nicotine actually has a host of health benefits...the problem is most nicotine products have a TON of toxic additives. Nicotine is kind of like Caffeine, it is addictive, but it has more benefits than negatives. There are not many studies on American smokeless tobacco, no one really knows what kinds of additives are in them, but the Scandinavian brands are pretty darn safe.

I will buy a can of chew every once and awhile, maybe once every 2 months. I've got some healthy ass teeth, never had a cavity or any other problems. Point is do it in moderation, I don't have an addictive personality, and can cold turkey anything. Just like drinking, it's not going to hurt you if you are smart about it.

Its when you start chewing a can a day, having a dip in 24/7 and not brushing your teeth that you will start to have issues. And don't gut the spit lmao.

Also, I used to wrestle and anyone who wrestled knows that spitting is a great way to get rid of a pound or two a day, jolly ranchers and an empty bottle = 2 lbs a day water weight lost lol.
 
Like I said, I understand the science, but I won't get behind it. Nicotine is incredibly poisonous to the human body. The doses of Nicotine are in mcg, much more will certainly kill you. I'm trying to cut stimulants out of my routine except PreWO though... it's kinda rough, they seem like they're in everything.

I love the Anadraulic State GT. I haven't tried the other two.
 
Was planning on running Testopro after the Natadrol but Nurtra had such a crazy good deal on the Formadrol I had to change up plans. Both get rave reviews and at under $20.00 a bottle for Forma.... DONE...

I'm turning up the heat. I bumped up the Alpha T-2 to 4 a day.

Wow im still afraid to pass 3 a day....eager to know how it treats u

Man.. how do you people not sweat... I even look at 3 caps and I am puddled. I moved a few days ago, and apparently chose the hottest day of the year in St. Louis to move, and didnt think twice and downed my aT2... BAD IDEA. Every trip between my old place and new place (not 3 miles away), I had to stop for a damn gatoraide my **** was sweating to much.
 
Man I just started my second bottle you do get used to them a little. I remember taking 1 at a time and being drenched then gradually stepped it up. Now I am taking 1 OEP and 1 T2 together in the early AM then mid AM again and finally again around 1:00-2:00. With the addition of the OEP I definitely get hot again.

Dragon, when you mention the things you are doing from P 90x or Tae Bo can you give a small synopsis of what it is entailing? I am completely unfamiliar with the specific workouts of p90. I know it to be a well rounded system but specifically what each workout covers. EI type of training and resistance for that workout.

On another note remember we talked about the Tower 2000 and I told you I went out and did the test order and thought I had cancelled it. Well I didn't cancel it correctly and it came anyway. For what it is and can be used for that thing is legit! I would say the estimated resistance is pretty damn close to 100 lbs per hand when all 3 bands are being used. For someone living in an apartment or traveling this thing would be AMAZING. I decided to keep it instead of paying shipping to return it. Much easier to get forgiven than permission and it is already here and legit so I am keeping it. I haven't even tried the 12 minute workout on it that Randy Cotoure came up with for conditioning. Iether way lots of potential to this thing.

I'm on 3 OEP and 3 APT2 per day, am/pm 1/2 and 2/1 - i still get a sweat on, but I think the fat helps that! I do think I might need a receptor clear out soon though, as like most I don't feel the effects quite as much as I used to.

On the travel gym front, I have to travel for work from time to time and my parents live a flight away, so I invested in the Terrell Owens Bodylastics set up, like you Kleen I really think they are legit, ton's of excercises in the supplied booklet, an online "strength university" for more excercise and sharing but to be honest my iFitness app on my iPhone has a whole resistance band section... so really I never have an excuse. I also find for travel I only need to pack half the stuff supplied to get a really decent workout with minimal space, combined with some BW excercise.

Sometimes simple isn't sooo easy...

im on 3 a day and if i look at something luke warm i start sweating....and heaven forbid when i work out or do cardio...or walk outside....it looks like i just jumped out of a pool
 
ok today I decided to do my own workout. I did a 5 min warm up with jumping jacks and jog. Then I did 10 min kempo workout with punches and kicks. Then a 10 min muscle burn with lite weights. Doing arms, shoulders, and back, wile doing squats. After that I did a 15 min yoga. Over all it was a great workout.

I'm hoping it hits 140+ in iraq this summer heh. Grew up in Yakima WA, and spent some summers on FT Sill OK. F that place btw
 
Holy $hit today I did an hour and a half of kempo cardio. I never did so many kicks and punches. Well I only got one more day of cardio to do then I will take the weekend off before hitting the weights next week. Tuesday will be the end of the Alpha T2. Then off to a new log. I hope my stack gets here soon.

I didn't do normal cadio today. I just went for a nice walk to enjoy the night.
 
hahahaha. I'm from OK. what did you hate about it?

Armpit of America is what I call Oklahoma. No offense to anyone, but waking up at 4AM when it was 80 degrees and being soaked through with sweat just did not make me a happy camper. That and being sick for weeks from the humidity + being at boot camp (although it was enojyable) just made it sucky lol

Over all I think this was a great product. The first week I Lost 5 pounds. Then nothing on the scale for 2 weeks? :damnit: Then I jumped up to 4 a day and lost another 4.4 pounds in the last week. I do plan on running this again. I think next time I will mix it with another fat burner and bump it up to 4.
I would rate this a 8 out of 10.
