Speaking of "free time", I added another 10 lb pork butt on the smoker yesterday for my parents to take to their church's picnic. Got an order to smoke a whole hog and to cater a family reunion.

That awesome moment...

When you know someone is on gear but they swear that their massive GAINZ is just diet and exercise, so you drop some knowledge because you spend every day on AM and they finally tell you the truth....

Note: I don't and I mean I don't care if people are on gear. I just think it's funny when guys are shocked that girls know about it.

Oh AM, I love all the knowledge that you have given me!!! :D

This----cocksucker---at the gym , this ****ing old guy , leaves the squat rack for like 20 minutes. So I go to load it up with my weights and he comes over and says he's using. If I wasn't on the brink of puking I would have told him to suck a dick.
 
Douchebag at the gym? The freakin' parents that let their middle school daughter wear cutoff jean shorts so short her butt cheeks were hanging out. The front was just as short but thankfully all that was covered. (Well at the time she walked by me it was) SHE'S F'N 12 YEARS OLD!!!!! Her parents need the crap beat out of them!

My friend let's her 15 year old daughter dress like this at the gym. Not to mention, she also got her a huge rib tattoo and now all she wears are cut off/ sling back tank tops or whatever to show it off. She's an extremely devoted mother but her need to be her daughter's bff outweighs her common sense as a parent.
 
Yeah, let's have our underage daughters dress like whores and then cry foul when they're treated like sex objects. SMDH!!!

This. I live in Florida, and it seems like no one is too young to wear shorts below their asš line or skirts as short.

Parents these days are too busy wanting to be liked by their children.

One of the biggest problems I've ever had is with people like this!! "Why is that creepy guy over there staring? I feel like he's going to attack us" when in reality, the poor dude is probably just admiring what she's showing off.

I got into an argument with a girl once because she said that girls who wear provocative clothes deserve what they get (rape).
 
So help me out heard to see who is the dbag. So I go to vet a drink and I'm trying to pump out reps quick. So this guy for some reason chooses to do lateral raises right on top of where I was lifting. So I got my drink and came back to where I was, I politely has him to move. He did have headphones in his ears but I was invisible and I was right next to him. So he is taking his time, then I go again and say "excuse me I'm working out right here can you move". He says where can I go. I point to one place and he says well I didn't want to hit that girl in the head. Then I was like well you can move there, there, there, and there. Then he was like "you couldn't give me one minute". I said no I would like to lift now and then he moved. The gym is small but not cramped. I understand its everyone's gym but its not like he was doing lateral raises. He was doing everything he can. Maybe I could have waited but I didn't want to, does that make me the dbag lol?

I've known many girls and women, including partners of mine who have been raped and sexually abused. It is NEVER their fault. They suffer in internal hell for years afterwards, some for their lifetime. I would not wish such a despicable act upon anyone.
Some men simply need to take responsibility for themselves, their thoughts, their actions.

I for one can't stand the sexual objectification of girls and teen girls, it turns my stomach seeing this & knowing the devastating effects on their self image that will last for many years to come. If grown women want to dress like that, that's their prerogative.

I turn off the pop music channel on tv at the gym if nobody is watching it, damn rot. :chairshot:

It's called GYM ETIQUETTE and CONSIDERATION, people - damn.


I mean, when I'm working someplace - be it on a machine or bench - at/in front of a wall mirror and there is someone (at a respectable distance) behind me, I always make an effort (in between my sets) to move out of the way so that person can see themselves. I mean, WHY WOULDN'T I? . . . Why would I be a dick and NOT show a little consideration when I'm in between sets and I KNOW that someone is wanting to see the mirror too?

Its was more like he was literally right next to the bench close to touching it but the front part. I couldn't even get on it. I wouldnt even mind if he was in front of me lol.

I'm so effn pissed right now. Some sob is on the power rack and squatting but took the bar off the squat rack so he could dead at the same effn time. Wtf?!???!??!? If this isn't the most douchebag fcukin' move ever, I don't know what the fcuk is.
