Douchebags at the gym...

Glad to say my gym does not have locker rooms. It's a small gym and has 3 individual bathrooms , 2 of them have showers and are always clean. I dont miss that Parmesan cheese mixed with open ass smell of the typical locker room one bit!

Im gonna 1 up this....Im going to Dominos and getting an extra large, extra cheese, extra meat pizza and sit my happy ass on a bench during the busiest time and do work! Muahahhahahahahahaha

I'll 2 up that by bringing a Thanksgiving Feast on a rolling table and eat it at the front of the gym while dem ho'z doing zumba.

I'm talking Mac and cheese, turkey, green beans, mash potatoes, cranberry sauce, stuffing, corn on da cob, scalloped potatoes, fried turkey, rolls, red velvet cake... chicken, broccoli, sweet potato pie.

I dont liked to be bothered either. But to say u have to take juice, that's stupid! Juice is for sissies who don't have what it takes to do it the right way. IMO... I don't like juice balls and I never will. Working out is supposed to be healthy. And I dont care what anyone says, that **** is not healthy!! People like to defend the fact that they use... But their just in denial. No one needs that ****! Stop being lazy...eat, sleep and breathe bodybuilding! Juice is just an escape from hard work.

I'm sorry man, but steroid use is not an escape from hard work. Using steroids allows the comman man to maximize his strength and potential, but by maximizing dedication and hardwork at the same time. Bodybuilding is hard work, period. You may be blessed to have the genetics of dorian yates without steroids, but i do not. If i want to achieve my dreams, i need steroids. Consider it cheating of you must, but i put just as much time and effort into eating, sleeping, and lifting, if not more time, than you do.
 
No one needs juice until they have reached close to their natural potential. If you has been lifting and dedicated to bodybuilding for several years I see no issue using ph or darker stuff. But a newb doesn't need juice.

Agreed 100% ... After a year of lifting and not one lbs of muscle gains ... And don't give me the macro and Cals story because ill roll anyone in the dirt on tweaking em, it's all I did for a year trying to max my gains ... It was enough

Only way that juiced gains will go away when you stop is if you are incredibly over your genetic max AND have no idea how to train properly while not on a cycle...

You always lose gains when you come off cycle of anything. It's how well off the other key factors are that depend what you lose. You might lose 5 pounds or maybe 15. Or you might lose 1.
 
you can drop pounds yes, but there is no rule that says its going to be muscle.

I almost got saved at the gym tonight! Lol guy came up to me with a pamphlet shaped like checks and said "heres some Jesus checks for ya if you wanna save your soul" or something along that line. I thanked him and said I wasn't interested and he said ok. Strange
 
Just joined a gym today and was on the hack squat doing leg presses. Dude comes over stands there and looks at me. I get done with that set, stand up to get some more weight and this db starts adding weight to it! I was kinda in a state of shock and I just gave him the "What the hell!?" look. Didn't phase him as he got on and did calf presses. Of course, this guy was going all over with no rhyme or reason for the lifts he was doing. Seemed like a spaz to me. Hope he's not usually there at that time! My level of patience is only so much!

I woulda wanted to walk by him and tap him in nuts with a couple finger knuckles with the weight on his back. A good OL tipper! Haha

Bwah!lol,my buddy used to do that $hit to people,he got me a couple times,he even did it to our boss one day.Its funny to watch,but it sucks to have done to you.
 
Anyone have the dude that like supersets 3 to 4 machines or areas at once?!!!? Had a kid last night doing ez bar curls in the squat rack right after he would move to the leg press and then Tricep machine then some weird chest thing then back to the ez bar curls like he was taking up the whole damn gym so I moved his ez bar and started to do deads lol and he gave me a dirty look

Encountered a blubbery fatbody who was sweating buckets all over everything tell me he was currently using the preacher bench I got on.. Looked around and he claimed he was "jumping around on three four things"... My reply: told him to pick one and go away. Meanmugs were in full force after that but I don't give a s**t

Ya know, I'm usually a fairly laid-back kind of guy to where I don't let a lot of things piss me off. In my younger days this was not the case and I probably would have kicked his head as I walked past. (I still thought about it though!!) The lack of common curtousy anymore happens to be one of my hot buttons.
