You laugh, but a guy this past Monday did that while deadlifting too heavy. Spewed all over the squat rack...but he got good distance. :cheers:

Ok, lets discuss, "That Guy."
I will start by saying that while I was finishing my weighted-pulls this morning, I noticed one. I am going to name him, "Tube Sock-Jock." This is the dude that wears white tube's that have colored rings at the top while wearing, get this, Crocs. I'm sure most are familiar with those sandle/deck shoes that are brightly colored. What a joke. At least I got a laugh out of it. Oh, and the guy was running on the treadmill while HOLDING on! WTF? That's a whole different, "That Guy."

the only thing that really gets me is the people that leave a bench or any machine full of sweat and do not wipe it down...i mean, damn, we have about 12 bottles of liquid all over the gym with 16 towel rolls...please you a$$holes, wipe the machine down, f##king hosers.
