Courts look at all the cases, then decide if it is worth proceeding based on available evidence.

Trumps lawyers admitted in court, after being reminded that they could be disbarred for lying, that there was no evidence of voter fraud.

Courts will hear a case when the prosecution has sufficient evidential grounds for it to proceed. They are not obligated to hear a case when the evidence sufficiency threshold has not been met. As is the case with Trump. The fact most of his cases never made it to court is because there was no evidence. Plain and simple.

I don’t know about you, but this for example is pretty harmless and playful chatter in my world. It falls into the same category as finding Pepe Le Pew offensive. All those women are more interested in the prospects of her being in Playboy than he is..

Yeah! I suppose everyone saw this from the CDC a few days ago stating fully vaccinated people can now gather indoors without masks etc. It’s all rather ridiculous, who the hell do they think is checking on people? Cases and hospitalizations are really dwindling now, but they will be even much lower by mid summer of course. In my mind, we should have the China virus on the very back burner by then and stop letting it rule our lives. It will be time to let things run its course..

If Biden did have the personality to pull off some comments like that, I would probably only criticize him because I enjoy treating him the same way Trump was treated for four years. It would be a double standard if we didn’t ridicule every move O’Biden makes. Sadly, I rarely have to go there frivolously because he gives himself ample opportunities for legit criticism regardless.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with what Trump said- especially in the context of being around 4 other women who were acting like they were at a slumber party. I’m surprised there wasn’t a pillow fight. If I did have a daughter, I would probably say the same thing if it was appropriate for the situation. Complimenting a family member for physical traits shouldn’t automatically be deemed incestuous. It’s not like he said “You bet I would love for America to see Ivanka’s butter hot tits and sweet ass.”

In this case Trump literally had no evidence. It wasnt that it was inadmissible, it just didn't exist.

OJs case, as well as the prosecutors case was heard before a Jury. Trumps case wasn't even heard by the court. Huge differences between the two.
